| ★★★★★ The Marhaba Chinese Restaurant in Cerritos, CA, is my favourite
Chinese-style restaurant. My family loves to eat the many dishes, including Mangolian Beef, Orange Chicken, Sweet & Sour Chicken, Kung Pao Chicken and more. To judge a Chinese restaurant, the quality of the Chinese food is most important and at Marhaba the quality is excellent. The spicing is perfect, and the deep frying is just right. Be careful, however, because the portions are huge, so don’t order too much food. The service is quite good overall, but the servers can sometimes be busy and getting the bill requires some patience. As far as the ambiance is concerned, the restaurant is very clean. The best thing for me as a family man, is that it is relatively inexpensive to eat there for eight. If you decide to go, The Marhaba is suitable for families and groups and celebrations as big as twelve people or so. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who likes Chinese food.

He actually showed me his purchase invoice from ABDUL SATTAR (being a businessman i would never do that but he really is keeping it all simple and crystal clear) although the restaurant closes @10pm the owner still served us as a matter of fact we were there till almost 11pm he didn't even say a single word, the food was awesome we ordered nihari and it was the most amazing i've ever eaten in any restaurant in LA, the three flavored fried rice was off the hook GREAT, three flavored chowmien was alright but better than what i have eaten at other places and they topped it up with one of the greatest service i have ever received form a desi restaurant. i just cant believe this place has so much to offer since i went there last Ramdan
the owner informed me about opening late nights during the month of Ramdan and that they would offer IFTAR and SAHOOR.
great job brothers keep it up INSHALLAH from now you'll have all my business may ALLAH gives you prosperity and success and give HIDAYA to all the restaurants that say they serve HALAL but they don't do it. |

I went to Marhaba Chinese Palace on 4th of July Holiday, and I can't stop talking about their Food and their Service. We ordered Chicken Biryani, Chicken Tikka Masala, Beef Seekh Kabab, and their Double Style Shrimp is the best I have ever Ate.

I recently discovered this restaurant, and I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised. The food was excellent. I took my family for mothers day, Buffet that day was simply awesome. Plus they gave fresh roses to all the mothers. Which was a very nice gesture and first from a Desi/Chinese establishment. Another mention worthy observation was the service. I believe there are 2 or 3 partners and they individually were at all the tables mingling. Good food, Hospitable service and awesome ambiance!!! This restaurant is going places.... KEEP up The Good Work! see u guys on father's day! |

| ★★★ Went there recently after hearing several people rave about it, so my expectations and hopes were high. Sadly, they were not matched by the experience. This is a "just decent" option if you have to get your halal Chinese fix in the Cerritos area, but personally I would make my way to the other dedicated halal Chinese restaurants in the 10 mile radius. The taste is okay but does not "pop" (we ordered paratha, chow mein and a beef dish). Entree prices are the same as other places, so there is no incentive on that level. The weekly buffet price is attractive, but haven't tried it. The place is big but decor is not very contemporary. |

FOOD: EXCELLENT!!! (5/5)
I loved the chinese dishes on the menu. My favorites: Crab Rangoon (Appetizer), 3-Flavor Fried Rice, Pan Fried Noodles (3-Flavor), Mongolian Beef, Kung Pao Chicken, Honey Walnut Shrimp. The owner was so nice to us, that he gave us a free dish (Sweet & Sour Fish) on the house and NOT on the menu.
SERVICE: GOOD! (4/5)
Service was fast and the servers were courteous. However, some of the servers could start to learn more about the food that they serve, so that customers will know what they are getting. (Just a friendly suggestion to the owner)
PRICES: Very Good!! (4.5/5)
I have got to say that for the quality and quantity of food that you get at this restaurant, the prices were pretty reasonable.
DECOR: EXCELLENT!!! (5/5)
I personally liked the aesthetic beauty of the restaurant. Go inside and take a look. You'll know what I'm talking about. It's a lot better than most chinese restaurants that I have been to.
A word of advice: If you are ordering Chinese, make sure you have it at the restaurant. The food ain't ALL THAT if you eat it at home. It gets cold fast.
As for the indian/pakistani dishes, the only dish that appealed to my taste was Chicken Korma/Kadai.

| ★★ I went their with my family yesterday and was utterly disappointed. The prices of the Chinese dishes are higher than other halal chinese restaurants. Despite the price I ordered a variety of dishes, and unfortunately they were below standard. The fried rice were extra greasy and the meat wasn't cooked well. The sesame chicken had a raw taste as well and the texture was rubbery. The pakistani dishes were average in taste.
I m not a picky eater but my experience at this restaurant was really dissatisfying. The customer service by the waiters was okay, but the owners (well known people in the pakistani community) did not make us feel welcomed.
This is my very first review at Zabihah, I was prompted to write it only because my experience at this restaurant was horrible. My advice to the owners would be to improve the taste of their dishes or at least lower their prices. Customers like us should have an incentive to visit you again. |

When I went home i felt really sick. This was my worst experience i ever had Marhaba Halal Chinese responds: I find this quite amusing. My whole family went there for my brotherin laws birthday, and we were very dissatified with our service. We ordered the three flavored fried rice, Mongolian beef, chicken with jalapeños, and sweet and sour soup. My favorite dish was the the chicken with jalapeños because it wasn't too spicy and very flavorful. At the end of our meal our waiter brought us some gulab jamun on the house and wow it was absolutely amazing. I ended up eating 2 haha.
