| | ★★★★ We order takeout from Salam-At all the time. We love the food, the prices are not expensive at all, and the owners/workers are very friendly.
We really love this place! This would be a 5-start review except for two things:
1) Sometimes we order food that is not pre-made (eg pizza) and it takes sooo long for them to make it. We go there in the time stated and they haven't even put it in the oven. It's been awhile so that may have changed. They just get a bit too busy at times, it seems.
2) Once in a while the food tastes different, eg maybe a different cook that day. It's usually very good, but on the odd occasion we have had bland food or very dry meat etc. Consistency seems to be a problem with many halal restaurants, unfortunately.
We appreciate that the owner works very hard to improve his place, sometimes adding new selections per requests.
We are also thankful that Salam-At had tables set up at the Darien Lake Muslim Day event last year. It was beyond wonderful to have delicious halal food available! Even non-Muslims found their way to that out-of-the way area to buy burgers, chicken etc. which surely was much tastier, and definitely a lot cheaper, than other food offered at Darien Lake.
Note that Salam-At also sells some ethnic spices and canned goods, fresh vegetables (at least in the summer), and ice cream. |

| | ★★★★★ These brothers have come a long ways. At first they were a little rusty still learning but almost 3 years later they are getting better. Their food is Excellent. They are very kind and they try their best to achieve the best for their customers. very social and great customer service. If only they had a seat in area though. Its great take-out and if you want food for more than 10 I believe they cater as well. Pakistani and Arabic food. You wont be disappointed. Just try not to go before 12pm for the food. Its usually not ready. They have groceries and fresh Meat though if you want. But after noon the food is ready and thats the real delight! |

| | ★★★ i went once and their rotisserie chicken was very good, owners are very nice muslims, also has black seed which is unique to find! price is a little expensive though. I went two more times after this and the chicken was very dry and tasteless, come to find out they do all days cooking at noon so if you come after 2pm the food is not good, but if you come 12-2 you'll be very happy! | | |
