| | ★★★★ This place is pretty good. Serves good indo/pak food. Located close to Northeastern and open pretty late. I think I dropped in after 11:30pm one night and they were still open. I ordered the chicken tikka kabab and naan. I will try some of their other items when I go back. |

| | ★★★ Everything here is halal, as the name of the restaurant suggests. The worker at the cash register was very friendly. I came here with a few friends, and we ordered chicken tikka masala, chana masala, tandoori chicken, beef vindaloo, and vegetable pokoda. The chana masala and the beef vindaloo were quite tasty. The chicken tikka masala was decent, but the sauce was a bit sweet for my taste and not very spicy (the spice level can be adjusted on request). I only tried one piece of the tandoori chicken (a thigh), but the meat tasted a bit strange, not like a normal thigh should taste. Overall, the food here was decent and I would come here again when I'm in the area, but I wouldn't come out of my way to eat here. |
