★★★★ The halal-stand at Hopkins Plaza is one of the better halal-stands I've eaten from after the Halal-Chicken Guys Stand at 54th and 6th in Manhattan. It has the standard chicken with rice or lamb combo, with a side of salad, topped with white sauce and hot sauce if you wish. Warning: the hot sauce is not for the weak stomached person. It definitely tastes great going down, but will leave you remembering your meal for some time to come.

★★★★★ Superb food especially lamb. Definitely not as good as NYC but best street food so far in baltimore. Loved the white and hot sauce. U get enough food soda for 6$.

★★★★ Awesome food. We were at the federal building for the whole day. They are on the foot hill of the building. I had the lamb gyro and my wife ordered the chicken gyro. I tried their hot sauce. It has a nice kick to it. Will visit again. Highly recommended.

★★★★ The cart was great when it first opened. Unfortunately, the quality slipped as they got busier. Sometimes the rice isn't fresh. And unlike before, the chicken has a lot of gristle now. Still one of the better halal options though.

★★★★★ I found this cart accidentally while strolling through the downtown Baltimore area and I am glad that I did. The food is tasty, inexpensive, and quite filling. I have been there several times and always been satisfied. Now I make a point to stop there whenever I visit downtown Baltimore. It's located between the 1st Mariner Arena and PNC bank.

★★★★★ I work there very close to the cart, and I can attest to the friendliness of the owners. The food is also very good, and the price and portion size are just right. I prefer the chicken to the gyro meat, and I get the rice platter with both the white sauce and hot sauce, which is pretty hot, almost to the level of siracha. Would definitely recommend.

★★★★ Very pleased to see a decent sized line up of people there at lunch time. I had a gyro/chicken mixed sandwich. Real good. Close to the courthouse in downtown Baltimore.

★★★ The service is excellent, food taste is average. The portions are decently sized. Considering this is one (if not the only) option in this area for halal food it's worth trying. It's within walking distance of the VA and UMMC hospital. The cart is kept clean and prices are affordable.

★★★★ This is a convenient place to grab lunch if you work around here or are visiting. The staples are gyros and rice platters with chicken or lamb. It's wholesome clean food and not expensive at all. Rice platter + drink for 6 bucks currently. They also have hot dogs and bean pies. The guys who run this place are really nice and friendly. During lunch hour sometimes you might have to wait a few minutes.
