Sanitation score of 98 but little in the way of ambiance - the typical few scattered tables and plastic hanging plants. You order at a counter. Ethiopian owner with Kamal the Bengali cook manning the grill. The service was extremely personable. Best shawarma and beef kabobs I have tasted in Atlanta. Kamal shared an unexpected passion for southeast Asian food and his desire for expats to recall their mother's cooking, He shared some complimentary briyani which immediately reminded me of every Pakistani wedding I have ever attended in the old country. |

Other than that, they have very very little selection--just wings and some a la carte style stuff--baked chicken or fish with various sides. The owner and the people who work there are very nice. |

They are closed on Sundays and are open till 9PM on Weekdays.

He told me he'll be expanding the menu to include chicken wings among other things, so go there and check it out. It's not too far from Emory, so any halal-eating students should definitely hit it up. |

| ★★★★★ I was in Atlanta for three days on Thanksgiving holiday from FL, read good comments for Oasis restaurant and their Gyros, so we though let's give it a try, and we were very surprised with gyros, it was soo delicious and spicy, and you can ask him/owner not to put Jalepano sauce if you prefer non-spicy for yourself or kids, He had the best gyro i ever tasted, we ate there two consecutive days and togo too. |

| ★★★★★ We have been in Atlanta for few days in spring break, and I wanted to eat gyros/shwarma, went to the restaurant, ordered two gyros, and the owner in restaurant start making it with pita bread, upon me asking about the baguette or long bun, she then brought small baguette style bun, and made me gyros with that bread. I had initially have her made two gyros thinking that our daughters wont eat it as they were little spicy, even thought they were spicy from my daughter's standard, they loved it, and I have to order more. Very good experience, will go again if I went to Atlanta. Not really suitable for dine in, but food is delicious. |

Definately a "hole in the wall" type place, we had to circle around to find it again. Very good food though. Worth it for the price - you can get a gyro, fries, and coke for 6.99, and they load on the fries and stuff the gyro. Spicy chutney as said before is worth checking out. salaam. |
