They maybe busy, which is fine with me, I can wait for another 10 minutes or so, but I hate it when they lie to me and say "oh, you just ordered 5 minutes ago." The food is not very tasty either. A time after time I told myself that they might be busy, that is why it is not as good as many people rate it, but sorry I finally gave up on it. I truely recommend to all the muslim brothers and sisters to be honest about these things, other wise there will never be any improvements. |

Not really sure what kind of ingredients went into the meatballs, but they were definately not ground beef. Was not at all what I expected. I have spoken to the owners of this restaurant and they are very conerned that while the patron had suggested that they improve the quality (of the food), they had not given these folks a chance to improve. For example, you go into a restaurant and they serve you a tuna melt sandwhich, but its cold (not quite melted). You could simply give a small tip or no tip to the server since you were upset with the quality of the service. But, did you give the waiter a chance to improve your order? Did you even tell him or her that your food was cold or gross? In other words, are you condemning a restarant in its entirety because you went in and ordered a SINGLE slice of pizza, did not like it, did not tell the proprietor that you did not like it and then go to this web site to make an ANONYMOUS negative review of the restaurant? If they couldn't satisfy your concerns or refused to even try, then a negative review would be wholly appropriate, but in these circumstances, I have to wonder. |
