| ★ flew from Calgary to Rome, I will say that this airline should go bankrupt the muslim meal that we order was so spicy for my kids they did not want to give us another option it's good that my wife had her bag full of snaks!! if you go with them ask for the fish or just take you own food!! |

| ★ Travelled from Toronto to Delhi and back recently by Alitalia. Worst airline I have ever flew with so far. No option of having halal food. Just eat what they are serving you. Sitting next to me was a hindu family and they asked for vegetarian food. They didn't get anything to eat on an 8 hour flight from Milan to Toronto as they had an option of fish or beef only. I was feeling so sorry for them. |

| ★★★ I guess that these airline are well known for their cheap rates, however, I had an aweful experience with them when I first flew from Damascus to Napoly, they got me a ham meal without even giving me the choice and when I tolf the steward that I dont eat ham he only took it and didnt get me anything instead! the airport transit area was not bad comparing to what I heard about Rome and Milano. |
