★★★★  First time flying on Air Asia. We asked if the food was halal, and received verbal confirmation from the staff, who then pointed out the halal certification logo on the food packaging (although not all the meals we purchased had the halal logo on it).
Meals are delicious, with quite a choice and reasonably priced.
