| | ★★★★ I just flew LHR-AMM-KUL-BKK-AMM-LHR in Crown class. Service is excellent, lounge at Amman Airport very good and food very good. Staff assured me that all meals served by RJ are halal.
In front of Crown cabin in crew area several male staff were prayed. They allowed me to do so too. On one flight they announced the time for Fajr in Arabic.
Cost of this flight was just over a third of fare by BA and CX (still allowing me to get BA miles and points). |

| | ★ I have travelled 4 times with this airline from New York to Amman. The flight times are very convinient and tickets are cheap, but the service is the worst and only once I didn't have trouble, rest of the times, they denied me boarding, delayed flight, messed my baggage, and to top it all, the personal are very arrogant. I will try to avoid this if I were not a single traveller, and I can get a better price. I have also complianed against this company to the BBB and FCAA |
