Our menu represents a fusion of traditional North African spices and cooking techniques with Portuguese style chicken and AAA grade steaks and ribs. These are grilled to perfection with our focus placed on preparation and presentation. Peri Peri peppers provide the heart (and heat) in many of our dishes, yet we can tailor our blend spices to match your palette from Lemon and Mild all the way to Hot and Intense Peri! Our special home-made marinade is made from all natural ingredients and infused with the perfect blend of herbs and spices. We take care to marinate each chicken for at least 24 hours and we age our steaks and ribs until they are moist and tender before putting them on the grill for your pleasure.
