Tampa Bay is the second largest metropolitan area in Florida. It encompasses three large cities Tampa, St Petersburg and Clearwater. It has some of the most pristine beaches in America and is just an hours drive away from the Disney theme parks. The Muslim community here is large and vibrant. There are over a dozen mosques and several halal meat shops. There are also three Islamic schools. Arabic, Indo-Pakistani and American cuisines are predominant. Due to the constant influx of new Muslim families, the Halal cuisines choices should continue to expand.
