★☆☆☆☆ Close down. Potbelly took over Posted on February 8, 2015 |

★★★☆☆ Their food is ok.. shawrma at least to me, is not authentic (I compare it to the ones in Saudi) but it's nice to have once in a while.
The seating is alright, not bad, not great.
I can't say anything about the owners, they've always been nice to me. Posted on September 16, 2008 |

★★★☆☆ Great seating area, ample parking; shawarmas are okay, but there isn't another option close by, so i still frequent this restaurant. Posted on August 31, 2008 |

★☆☆☆☆ Food was below average. Agree 100% with other reviewers that the new management treats customers very badly. They tried to force us to sit where they wanted instead of requesting us in a courtious way. This place has gotten worst since the new management took over. The owner/manager is the worst example. ★☆☆☆☆ Horrible, worst food and service ever. The staff need to know the customer is always right and treat them such. They need to get their heads to the ground and work on customer service and food quality. Posted on June 9, 2007 |

★☆☆☆☆ Poor Food. Very expensive, charges $10.00 for a shawarma that you can easily get for approx. Dh2.50 in Dubai and elsewhere in the middle-east. Other customers who were there had complain with the price/quantity of food offered. Will not recommend. Posted on October 22, 2005 |

★★★☆☆ Food was good but service was bad, after paying for my food and drinks I was waiting for my order...when my order came up the owner seemed very suspicious of me, I was the only muslim in the store (muhajibah) and when I asked him to put my drink in the bag with the food he asked me if I paid for it, which I found to be so rude because I don't think he would've asked his white customers the same.
The food was good I only pray that the owners realize that the only way to attract business is to treat people fairly and decently. Posted on December 6, 2004 |
