★☆☆☆☆ Worst restaurant. Good that it is closed now. Posted on August 15, 2013 |

★★★★☆ Dum-ka Hyderabadi Biryani was delicious, a bit on the spicy side though, better the second day when spices had lessened. Portions are large. They have some good meal packages for groups as well.
As of August 2012 the restaurant was temporarily closed and it looked like it was going to be under new management, I would make sure its still zabihah after it reopens. Posted on August 15, 2012 |

★★☆☆☆ The quality of the food and the service have gone down. I was there recently and I was served cold biryani. Also the new waitstaff are rude.
Earlier the Biryani here used to be excellent and also the waitstaff were well behaved. The management needs to take note of the falling standards. Posted on April 13, 2011 |

★★★☆☆ ITS IT NICE RESTURANT GOOD FOOD, HOWEVER, THIS PLACE DOES NOT SERVE HALAAL FOOD ANYMORE. SO NO CHICKEN OR MUTTON IS HALAAL HERE, IF YOU PREFER TO EAT HALAAL/ZABIHA FOOD, THIS IS NOT THE RIGHT PLACE.

★★★☆☆ We recently were visitin Columbus and went there specially after reading some great reviews.
Overall the only good thing was the Hyderabadi Biryani. Tandoori Items take 30 mins minimum to prepare and the taste was just average. We did try chicken 65 which was also not the worlds best but average. Overall compared to other South Indian places we've eaten at, this was average. Posted on September 15, 2010 |

★★★★★ Indian food in Columbus tends to be bland and not nearly spicy enough, Venky's corrects both of these. The food takes a few more minutes to get out to you because it's completely fresh, including the naan and it's spicy enough to make me happy, but the mild dishes are palatable for all of my 'non-initiated' friends. The quality of the ingredients, including the paneer, is outstanding. There used to be issues with service, but that person is now gone and everyone, even the owner, is incredibly friendly. Recent renovations have also improved the atmosphere. So with good decor, service, and food, Venky's is now knocking it out of the park! Posted on August 13, 2010 |

★★★★★ Hyderabadi Biryani is the best in town. We cater biryani from them all the time. Rest of the dishes are good too. But not as good as Biryani. Posted on April 27, 2009 |
