★★★★★ I visited Buffalo this past weekend to visit my aunt and stopped at Zaiqa restaurant for lunch. We liked it so much that we went back the next morning for their halwa puri breakfast and also dropped by at night on our way back to Toronto to pick up take out for my brothers at home. The food is excellent! There are a lot of options to choose from, which is the best thing considering how cheap it is. Living in Toronto, I go to Pakistani/Indian buffets often, and I have to say this is by far the best one - when it comes to the number of food options they have, the quality of food, the staff and most importantly the price! I will be going back when I am in Buffalo again! Posted on July 1, 2013 |

★★☆☆☆ It's with a heavy heart that I write that zaiqa is no more. They are completely changing the restaurant as you can tell from the new coat of paint on the exterior of the building and then from the inside as you notice with extreme shock and disappointment that the buffet section has been removed. That was no typo - the buffet section has, in fact, been removed. They are still offering dishes from their a la carte menu for the time being, but soon that will all change - with a re-imagined menu and high prices. I ordered the chicken biryani which tasted decent - remnants of a once great dining establishment. There was hardly any meat on the chicken, just a lot of bones. Something that would have been supplemented with butter chicken or chicken tikka masala or tandoori chicken had their been a buffet with accompanying sizzler platter. They even took out the prayer. Soon the restaurant will be known as Clay Handi. Posted on February 26, 2017 |

NR A lot of dishes but food lacks flavour. Food is quite tasteless. Ambiance was nice. Customer service was great. Man course dishes need a little work. And the tables need to be wiped down better. The table i was seated at had a sticky residue. 3/5 for cleanliness. 3.5/5 for food. 4.5/5 for customer service.
Overall, not bad. A little pricey though. Posted on September 23, 2016 |

★☆☆☆☆ This place has really gone down! Unfortunately, I never got to eat here during their heyday, but I can tell you that it is NOTHING like the reviews from a couple of years ago. Food is not tasty (just SPICY, without flavor!). Restaurant is dirty. Would hate to think what the kitchen looks like!
I won't be eating here ever again. Once was enough. Posted on February 17, 2016 |

★☆☆☆☆ We went there for my mothers birthday and reserved a private room . He did not have a private room and made us sit in the main area. When my 60 year old hijabi mother came in , he started playing " all I want for my birthday is a big booty hoe"
That was bad enough but when we had called originally asked for American food and they ended up serving us was Pakistani food. It was supposed to be all you can eat buffet but it turns out that we were charged for the extra Pakistani dishes that we were graciously put on our table.
That's not the worst of it, right when we were in the middle of cutting the cake and going over how glad we were to celebrate this special occasion with her and we started to see other customers come in to our "private room" and they started breaking down our tables and taking our chairs and being ushered to leave.
We spent the rest of the night at our mothers house apologizing for ruining This whole occasion.
Total was supposed to be 300 and it ended up being 450 for the night. He said it was supposed to be 12.99 per person for 22 people. Total should have been 286 plus tax and gratuity should have been around 310. He said that it was because of the fountain drinks. That's 6.63 per person...
Overall this was such a bad experience that I will never forget. I talked to other people and they had similar experiences. Posted on January 2, 2016 |

★☆☆☆☆ My family and I were disappointed today as we began eating our take-out, to eat at home in Jamestown, NY, dinner from Zabiha Halal Restaurant on Delaware Avenue in Buffalo, NY. On her way home from Buffalo, my wife brought us a selection of meals including "Chicken Biriani" as a main dish from that place. It was unfortunate that we discovered that not only the rice tasted old, but also there were only a couple of tiny pieces of chicken in each of the dinners we opened at our dinner table. Mostly rice, old rice, and we could not eat the main dish we thought we had. I did call the restaurant and relayed our concern about what we were served. The receptionist just apologized and said stated that he'll forward our concerns to "his boss." Posted on November 19, 2015 |

★★☆☆☆ The buffet is okay but the ala carte is not recommended. It takes 30min to receive my order. Posted on September 6, 2015 |

NR People are great and the place has small prayer room. the place has infestation of small flies. The food is horrible. The yogurt in chutni was like gum, excessive food color in chicken curry you can paint a room with, pakora needed a hammer to break, tea tasted horrible too. Not a single dish in buffet was edible.
They need a good chef. Posted on September 2, 2015 |

★★☆☆☆ We ordered Chicken tikka, chicken biryani, beef and chicken burger. Biryani was actually Plow (potato and rice). First time in my life I ate chicken tikka which was colored to look like barbeque. They use so much food coloring to hide they did not actually barbeque that my fingers were red after washing hands.
My kids like chicken and beef burger
Restroom did not have paper towels, however was clean. Posted on July 26, 2015 |

NR We were visiting Buffalo and discovered Zaiqa on the zabiha app. Food was very good, the service was great. Found the owner very hospitable... ★★☆☆☆ I stopped coming here because the food in the buffet all tastes the same. When they first opened, there was a lot of quality in the food. Now, it's just ok. I admit that I have not eaten here in at least 6 months, so if there is a new cook then maybe it's better. Seemed overpriced too. The naan is good though. Posted on January 1, 2015 |

★★★★★ Had their buffet which included fresh Naan and kabobs. I've never been to a buffet with such variety AND quality. I wish there were nice, honest restaurateurs in my home city too. I'd definitely go here. There's parking and a place to pray. Posted on November 12, 2014 |

★★★★★ From Outside place does not look appealing. When you go in it is very clean and try the Buffett food it is very tasty and lots of variety from rice to meat and veggie dishes and to top it up they serve freshly backed Nans, Tandoori Chicken and Kabob which is included in the buffet price. It is all Halal. Service was exceptional. Price is very reasonable and if you are in the area a must place to try. Posted on June 24, 2014 |

★☆☆☆☆ On our way to falls over memorial day weekend, we went there because of ratings. I must say that it was utter disappointment. They don't take orders for dinner and force customer to go for buffet. The buffet food was par below any average desi food. Filthy place, unprofessional service attitude of owner and waiter and horrible food !!! Posted on May 26, 2014 |

★☆☆☆☆ This is the most pathetic experience ever at any desi restaurant. Frankly I'm shocked how come this restaurant has such good ratings on Zabihah. I think that owner himself keep adding these reviews. Below average food ! Try to avoid at all cost Posted on May 25, 2014 |

NR The great thing about this restaurant is that it stays open until 2am and 2 to 3 minutes away from my motel. I drove about 8 and half hours from virginia, I was tired and hungry and needed to have some desi food and luckily this was open. I found this on zabihah.com before I came here and saw good reviews, so I wished to eat here. When I arrived here, it was around 1am. I ordered mango lassi, chicken tikka masala, snd plain basmati rice. It was just ok. Especially tikka masala tasted completely different than all other tikka masala i tested before. It was spicy. Overall, it didnt meet my expectations, but I understand it was very late night. I will go back for breakfast or lunch and hopefully i will have a better experience. Staffs were friendly. ★★★★☆ If you like spicy food then don't go anywhere else, this is the best place for those who like Indian/Pakistani food. I was there in Buffalo on a 2 month business trip. Someone told me about this place so I went there and liked the food so much that I couldn't go anywhere else and ended up going to the same place for 2 months, twice a day. All the dishes were delicious but buffet is their specialty. Other standout dishes were chicken and mutton briyani. Service was also very good, everyone working there was very polite and friendly. So if you ever get a chance to visit Buffalo, don't forget to try this place. You are gonna love it! Posted on April 16, 2014 |

★★★★★ We visited buffalo last week to reunion our Canadian cousins and their families. We tried different halal restaurants in Buffalo area but the experience at Zaiqa
was just amazing. They are offering a daily Lunch and Dinner Buffet with a very reasonable price and its the lowest among all the other restaurants in the area.
The food has a really Pakistani ethnic flavors and taste and its really reflecting their name Zaiqa. The also offer a Tandoori Items ( Kebobs and Tandoori chicken) on sizzling plate and its amazing included the price of buffet which is only $10.99. I think just a sizzling plate is worth more than that.
The owner is a Pakistani brother and he is a chef too so he really cares about the taste and quality of the food. They also offer chicken, beef and fish burger combos with french fries and drinks for only $4.99 and all the kids in family enjoyed it a lot.
The environment is very clean, clean bathrooms, buffet tables and the whole staff is very friendly and helpful. The also have a separate room for prayer and wodo. May Allah bless this place. We definitely go back to Zaiqa whenever we come to Buffalo or our way to Toronto.
If you are visiting to Buffalo or Niagara Falls, this is the cheapest ( Price-wise) Halal Restaurant with the best quality and a quantity of dishes Posted on November 21, 2013 |

NR On our way to the falls, we tried this restaurant because of the reviews and it was perhaps the worst experience we have it. The Buffett didn't really have anything bbq so we had to order off the menu and got charged for one kabab around 10 dollars. They didn't have any children's chair so had to make out kids sit on the regular chair beside us and it made us very uneasy.
The food was horrible!! The curries where runny..the constancy of the gravy was of soup!! Like they just dunked in water to increase the quantity!! Just sad and awful!
I will never go there again... Posted on November 10, 2013 |

★★★★★ Good Place for Veggie and Non-Veggie Lovers :)
Simply LOVE this place! I never found a good desi food places in the east bay but found Zaiqa in Buffalo. Perfect food on a cold, rainy night.
Haleem
Nihari
Biryani
Tikka
kabab and Kabab Roll
Koftay
Mutton and Chicken Curry
Halwa Puri (which is hard to find in desi style)
ROghni Naan
Bhendi Masala, Daal, Cury n Rice.
Saji feel like I am back to my country :)
Simple, straightforward menu
Fast service, great naan! The waiter was very nice and the food came out quickly. Very clean place with clean utensils & plates. Couldn't believe the price is so affordable.
They have permitted Namaz Place for Muslim Brothers and Sisters which is less to see in desi restaurants.
Owner is very frankly and waiters are very nice. I love the environment.
Since it is Pakistani & Indian, there were beef dishes too on the menu.
I would defiantly recommend this place and try every dish. Posted on October 2, 2013 |

NR We travelled from virginia and on our way to toronto stopped over at Zaiqa resturant, after reading so many good reviews we thought to give it a try.
For starters the place was very dirty, the plates were sticky, floors were wet and extremely slippery and seemed like accident waiting to
happen. The food also sucked. THe waiter was picking up the plates even before we were done. To top it all they made a bill which was much higher than wat the prices were shown , then my sister corrected them and they said it was a mistake. After everything was said and done abd we were on our way out the lady came and said she made a mistake and wanted $9 more. VERY FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE.
WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYBODY. Posted on July 3, 2013 |

★☆☆☆☆ I visited this place along with my family and parents. We were in a rush and decided to go for a buffet. I was not hungry and decided not to eat. My parents and family ate and did not enjoy the food at all. Only think they liked on the buffet is fruit!
My dad had to go to the bathroom and got stuck there as the door was not unlocking from inside. We somehow heard the knocking and opened the door from outside.
And this is not all, when we were done, the lady at the counter included me in the final bill. When I told that I actually did not eat, she said she has already included me in the bill and nothing can be done about it. Probably she did not believe that I have not eaten. I was in a rush and decided not to waste my time anymore and paid her what she asked.
They claim to serve halal food and earning haram way by charging the way they charged me is ridiculous.
I would never visit or recommend anybody to visit this place. Posted on June 29, 2013 |

★★★★★ Again, the staff at Zaiqa did not fail to deliver. The customer service was excellent, the environment relaxing and friendly, and the food ... well, the food was phenomenal. The chai (tea) was so good that I would stop by for many more years to come, just to have another relaxing sip.
Thank you very much, Zaiqa. We finally have a great restaurant wherein we can dine to our hearts' content with our families, right here in Buffalo.

★★★★★ I am visiting Niagara Falls with my family. its a great trip but trips without food is incomplete so we all search for halal restaurant from Zabihah.com...first we visit different halal restaurants but honestly they are good for nothing like the style the serve food and specially in aspects of price they are very expensive
We have found Zaiqa, a Pakistani halal restaurant,
The most special thing overther they had a plenty of variety in thier dishes like they serve Biryani,Naan,Charcoal grilled (chicken pcs, kebabs)and their Qurma is just true and typical Lahori qurma and their Nihari is just a speciality in itself and all includes in BUFFET with such lowest prices in allover town........the atmosphere is just very neat, clean and religious they also have Parda for those ladies who use to cover head with ''hijabs''..the staff is attentive and concious about their customer's happiness which relates to their food to be honest this is the most great place(halal)in buffalo in aspects of price,food,everything.....and very close to Niagara falls.....i would to come back again and i recommend every visitor to comeup there to enjoy great food in such less price.... ★★★★★ 4/12/2013. From the moment we walked in the door, we were greeted warmly by the owner. At that first glimpse, he was immediately perceived to be a caring, attentive, and customer-oriented individual.
The decor was not flashy and over the top, but it was surely homely and comfortable. The restroom was clean (a good sign that is indicative of a presumably clean kitchen) and so was the designated prayer room; which I personally used.
On to the food ... well, that very first bite of soft and buttery naan dipped in hot curried chicken instantly transported me 15 years back to that awesome restaurant in Karachi where I used to dine. There is no question of the authenticity of the Pakistani cuisine offered by this establishment. I ordered a cup of tea as well. My only regret was that I did not order 2 more. After having that first sip of tea, I was finally at peace from my occasional craving for genuine Pakistani foods and drinks. I was at peace with the knowledge acquired from that one sip that whenever I wanted that one relaxing cup of tea, I could always come to Zaiqa - the place where authentic and genuine Pakistani cuisine is warmly served.
My wife, two little boys, and I, had a wonderful time eating at Zaiqa. The price was very reasonable. The most bang for our buck coupled with the warm service is the primary reason why we would be regular customers at Zaiqa from now until a very, very long time to come.
May Allah SWT bless the owners and keep them in business for a very long time since they were more than fair in their business.
**DISCLAIMER**
This is a review based on my personal experience. In no way is this a guarantee that the experience will be same for someone else. Also, NO. I was NOT paid by Zaiqa or compensated in any way to write such an amazing review. I was simply a customer there today and thought that I would share my great experiences with others. The food and service were THAT good!
Thank you for reading this far. Assalaamu Alaikum. Posted on April 12, 2013 |

★★★★★ I went to Niagara Falls with family and stayed there for few days and I visited to few restaurants but I find the Zaiqa the best, the food was fantastic; the prices are very reasonable, best traditional Pakistani food.... fresh the largest buffet with sizzling grill kebabs and chicken Tikka for free and the best Biryani I ever eat, naans, Rabri Kheer and a whole Chicken Sajjii.....a great service and with extremely polite, friendly and attentive staff... ★★☆☆☆ Ordered take out, including kabobs, chicken Karahi, and a couple of other things. The only thing made fresh were the kabobs. Everything else seemed like it had been pulled out of the buffet. The Karahi was more like standard run of the mill curry. Quite pricey for stale food pulled out of the buffet. Posted on January 5, 2013 |

★★★★★ Salam alaykum. I am a Buffalo resident and I have been to zaiqa restuarant many times and have been assured everytime by different staff members that the food is halal. However, I had suspicions after reading one review from December 26th saying that a staff member told him that the meat was not halal. My cousin and I went on the 28th and again I was reassured by the owner that the meat is certified zabiha halal with tasmiya. So, I do not have anymore doubts. I know this a halal restuarant. I love the food and the service. This is definitely a restuarant I will keep coming to, especially for the rice pudding.! It is so creamy and delicious. Posted on December 31, 2012 |

★★★★★ Salaamu Alaikum, my cousin and O just ate here. We spoke to the owner about the previous review and he assured us that is was Zabihah Halal with tasmihah. The food was delicious, especially the tandoori chicken and kabaab which comes out steaming on a cast iron skiller with onions and green peppers.....Yum! Posted on December 28, 2012 |

★★★★★ I went to Zaiqa last night with my family. I walked in and the waitress was very nice and had a smile on her face. I could smell the inviting aroma of the food. It was a packed restaurant and it was cozy. Masha'Allah, the food was amazing! I didn't know that this restaurant existed until a friend from work told me. They had a prayer room and this was the first Pakistani restaurant where they had a clean bathroom.
The tandoori chicken and chicken kebab are one of the best things I ate. The Nihari was very thick and rich. It was true Nihari. I've never eaten Nihari like that in the US. The chai and kheer is amazing!!!! The waitress told us that people come from Canada just to taste the kheer. That is totally believable. It reminded me of my hometown in Afghanistan.
Maybe one suggestion for the restaurant. There should be a little bit more communication between the waitresses and the chefs. A little bit more organization is always a good thing. Otherwise, Masha'Allah, this restaurant is amazing.
Love is in the details, and Zaiqa does a great job showing love for their customers. I will be bringing my family, who are visiting from California, to this fine and delicious restaurant. Subhan'Allah, the food is 100% halal and utterly delicious and the owner is Muslim. That's exactly what any Muslim brother/sister would want. Posted on September 2, 2012 |

★☆☆☆☆ We went there with my family. I am Turkish and I wanna say that the worst Turkish restaurant us better than that restaurant. We wanted to eat our dinner but the restaurant was so dirty, the restaurant was stink and the foods when you look at them were not look good. My wife said instead of eating here let's go home and eat healthy and not waste our money in this kind of place. So do not go there and don't play with your health. Posted on September 1, 2012 |

★★★★★ Zaiqa is a wonderful place with a family friendly environment. I loved all the buffet dishes and the service was excellent. It’s true and authentic Pakistani food. I have never ate food like the kind that I ate at Zaiqa. If there is one word to describe this restaurant, it would be Masha’Allah. This restaurant truly lives up to its name and has exceptional food. The kebab rolls are amazing if you want an on-th-go snack. They are filling and tasteful. The chicken biryani is my personal favorite. The owner is benign and came to our table personally to greet us. He is so proud of his restaurant and he has good reason to be. I just moved from North Carolina to Buffalo and I’m so happy that there is a great Pakistani restaurant here. I love Zaiqa and will Insha’Allah be a regular customer. Posted on August 30, 2012 |

★☆☆☆☆ I have been to a lot of restaurants, and I felt, that after reading all the good reviews about Zaiqa, I would have an amazing experience however i was wrong with my expectations with them.
The owner himself, doesnt know how to welcome their clients,
The food buffet as they say looks like they do not make fresh food they make it once, and thats really it. You get whatever is the left over food.. we travelled far away to visit the city and try Zaiqa's food.
Biryani and their Chicken Kebabs (That he states comes with the buffet) are the only good things to try.
We wanted to try halwa puri, the guy encouraged us to go for breakfast buffet, (Which should have included Nihari, Paya & Haleem) Had nothing but, same old buffet style that we had tried on the weekdays. The cholay he said are in the buffet were CHANNA MASALA, nothing like halwa puri, maybe he needs to taste his own food for a change.
HE CHARGED $30 for two people buffet, when there are only 2 dishes in his buffet that are worth eating. (The little tiny kebab with bbq wings or leg pieces & grilled kebab that are so tiny, it looks like a kids meal)
I called him, exactly at 11:30 (The flyer clearly says he closes at 11:59) However, the had an excuse as to why they are closing early and sorry they cant make food.
Anyways bottom line is, I am disappointed in this service from welcoming your clients to the fresh food and the 50 dishes for buffet reviews that I read are a LIE. Please close your restaurant if you feel, You are DOING US A FAVOUR BY OPENING HALAL. there are OTHER GOOD PLACES THAT KNOWS TO VALUE THEIR CLIENTS IN THE CITY.
NOT WORTH $30 for WEEKEND BUFFET.
THANK YOU Posted on August 4, 2012 |

★★★★★ As a very picky eater, I was so impressed with Zaiqa Restaurant. I went in during Maghrib with my sister and prayed in the prayer room before I ate. The dinner buffet was absolutely delicious, and the sizzler was an extra bonus that we got. The buttery naan was fresh and reminded me of home. The kheer was the icing on the cake. I visited Niagra Falls from Las Vegas and I wanted to eat Pakistani food. Zaiqa is definitely a place to visit. There is a large buffet and every food has a different and delicious taste to it. Our waiter and waitress were extremely polite and were taking care of everybody. I love this restaurant and I hope to come back soon. I recommend this restaurant not only because of the food, but because of the prayer room, no alcohol, halal food, and a clean and friendly environment. Keep it up Zaiqa!!!! Posted on July 16, 2012 |

★★★★★ I have recently moved to Buffalo Area. I was curious about the availability of good Halal Pakistani food. Once I searched the internet and found Zaiqa the only Pakistani / Indian restaurant who serve Halal food clear from all prohibited items. I read a lot of reviews on Zabihah.com some for good and some against but after I visited the place I found the people who have been writing against the restaurant has either never visited the restaurant or they are serving someone else’s purpose. Once I visited the place on Sunday before Memorial Day the hall was jam packed and we had to wait for few min to get a table. The smell of food and spices was so tempting that it was difficult for us to wait. The buffet was beautiful arranged and every dish had its special adorable taste. The Nan (someone has disliked it toooo much) was the special and best item of the feast. My son enjoyed the Nan even without curry. Service was so cordial and smart that no table was feeling being ignored. The owner was present throughout in the hall looking after every one personally. Although it was like mid night but whole restaurant was working untiringly. Very well done keep it up. Posted on May 29, 2012 |

★★★★★ A GREAT REVIEW FROM LOCAL NEWSPAPER FOR ZAIQA HALAL RESTAURANT. ZAIQA KEEP IT UP PROMOT AND FEED HALAL TO EVERYONE

Halal in your backyard
By Danielle Haynes
The Tonawanda News
KENMORE — Rashid Qureshi, of Niagara Falls, Ont., says depending on traffic, he spends up to an hour each way driving his family to Kenmore to eat what he considers the be the finest Pakistani fare in the area.
”We come all the way from Niagara Falls, Canada, almost twice a week,” he said, pointing to a table where his wife and two young children sat enjoying the buffet offerings at Zaiqa Pakistani Restaurant.
Qureshi, who originally hails from Lahore, Pakistan, said that although Niagara Falls — on both sides of the border — offers plenty of Pakistani and Indian restaurants, he considers the drive to Zaiqa worth it. It’s all about the taste.
”That’s why people spend the money ... for taste and quality,” Qureshi said. “I recommend everybody go there and I believe once they try it, they will come here permanently.”
But visitors do not need to worry about spending much money on Zaiqa’s menu or buffet, says the restaurant’s owner, Masud Qazi. He estimates he charges about half of what most Indian restaurants in the area charge, pointing out the lunch and dinner buffet can be had for $8 and $11 respectively.
”Why should you live and have a business in Buffalo and charge the prices of New York City?” Qazi said. “This place is for everybody ... the prices are very reasonable.”
Qazi opened Zaiqa — which is certified Halal — in August at 3054 Delaware Ave., in what used to be a Kentucky Fried Chicken. So far business is doing well, and “on the weekends you cannot find a place to sit,” he said.
The restaurant offers at least 30 dishes on its buffet, which is operational all day, myriad dishes made to order on its menu and even offers catering. And yet, Qazi says, this is his first foray into the restaurant world. Before opening Zaiqa, he traveled the world, working in marketing.
Qazi said he’s been cooking for his family and community for a while now because it’s often hard to find good food from back home.
”We always have to eat our own food,” he said, adding that when he travels, “the first thing I always try to find is a Pakistani restaurant.”
”You feel it,” Qazi said of what sets good, authentic Pakistani food apart from the rest. “When people who really know about the spices eat it, they can feel it.”
To find the very best Halal ingredients, Qazi says he drives to New York City once every one or two weeks, searching for the best spices and the finest cuts of meat. And in exchange, he says, he has customers traveling to Kenmore from Canada, Syracuse, Rochester and Erie, Pa., to taste his creations.
Some drive from Canada “just to eat the rice pudding and then they leave,” he mused.
For Qazi, the customer is king. He’s willing to drive University at Buffalo students back and forth from their dorms for free, as “a community service.” For newcomers to Indian and Pakistani cuisine, he says he will walk them through the buffet line, explaining the different dishes and their ingredients. And always, the naan is prepared fresh to order in a tandoor, never sitting out on the line to get soggy.
From the poor college student who can’t drive themselves to Zaiqa, to the Pakistani ex-patriots traveling from Canada, “this place is for everybody,” Qazi said. Posted on May 21, 2012 |

★★★★★ We have eaten at this restaurant several times now. The food is delicious! The staff is courteous & friendly. The buffet is a terrific deal (note that it's cheaper if you go before 4 pm on weekdays). The other reviews are spot on with their praise of this restaurant, Alhamdulillah.
I only wish WNY had more high-quality restaurants that are strictly halal (hand-slaughtered) and no alcohol; anyone thinking of opening one can learn from Zaiqa! (inshAllah) Posted on April 12, 2012 |

★★★★★ I absolutely LOVE the food here! It's always fresh, incredibly tasty, and best of all, it's AUTHENTIC Pakistani food, which is a first in this region. And ... OMG, they have FRESH made naan made in a tandoori oven! How cool is that? The staff is great, and the owner makes you feel like family; probably why I come eat here multiple times a week. Most likely the best overall Pakistani restaurant in the entire east coast. Posted on October 30, 2011 |

★★★★★ Wow what a great buffet, I ever had it in my life at Zaiqa in Buffalo. i am a business traveler and travel a lot and I always find the best Halal restaurants from Zabihah.com. Zaiqa has the largest buffet selection, about 40 Pakistani Dishes in their Buffet and its all a pure Lahori style food, tasty, delicious, and finger licking. Restaurant is very clean, has separate prayers rooms and staff is very courteous. I wish I could go to Zaiqa everyday. I am rating Zaiqa, the best restaurant in service, food and the most clean Pakistani Restaurant. Posted on October 24, 2011 |

★★★★★ The best nan I've ever had! Their nan is only 1 dollar OMG thats so cheap for how good it is with warm melted butter and sesame seeds on it. I like how I can walk in and there is such a good variety of buffet items at all times not just lunch only. The owner and staff are very respectable and very accomodating. The place is clean and family friendly too. I also like how they do daily iftar buffets in Ramadan. They even have a prayer area for those who want to pray. Plus the prices are super cheap compared to other Indian/Paki cusuines Ive eaten. Pretty cool. Posted on October 19, 2011 |

★☆☆☆☆ My family and I went here for the buffet. The reviews were great and the price seemed reasonable. The waiter came and took our drink order. The orange soda he brought for me had a nice roach floating on top of it. I pointed it out and he promptly exchanged it. That was reason enough to leave but we decided we could over look it. Then we come to find out that Nan is not included in the buffet and is over priced. At this point we decide to leave.
We told the owner we were leaving on the account to unfair pricing and the bug in our drinks. He refused to believe us and argued. When we asked the waiter to confirm he denied it. When we pressed him to stop lying he said it was not a roach but a fly. So now your lying and arguing with the customer and at the same time saying it's ok for a fly to be I their food.
Never have I seen such bad service. Glad I was only visiting the area as there are very few Halal place around. Posted on October 10, 2011 |

★★★★★ We were visiting Niagra Falls and we ended up in Zaiqa after a long search for good non-veg. Its hard to find well cooked meat dishes but after eating lunch at this resturant, we thought we are eating in Pakistan. The owner was very cordial and greets everyone personally and the best thing is NO ALCOHOL. Why people think that alcohol is necessary to run the business, what i think is that well cooked food is the key to run a business and Zaiqa has indeed proved it since we have eaten in all the large metropolitan areas of the US but buffalo has the best resturant, wish to go there again and priceeee no matchh, the cheapest food ever with so many dishesssss Posted on July 12, 2011 |
