★★★★★ Called them at 8:40 to see when they closed and they said 9:00 pm but they said they will wait for us. I told the owner it is a 35-45 minute drive and he said its not a problem. We ordered over the phone and he said he will start cooking within 30 minutes. Got there and the service was GREAT, way beyond expectation. Just staying open for someone late was very appreciated. Ordered chiciken tikkas, naans, chicken nihari and biryani. Everything was wonderful and the total came out to a very reasonable price. Overall the place looks great, service was great and the food as well. Over all GREAT experience and highly recommend it. Very friendly staff. Posted on August 9, 2014 |

★★★★★ We were staying nearby for a trip to Hershey Park. We came here on our first night after seeing positive reviews on here. We loved the food! Place was clean too and that was a big plus. Roti's and behari kebabs were the biggest hit, while the kids love their lassi's. The food was so good that we decided to return the following night and we ordered a whole new set of items from the menu. The briyani was excellent! We would definitely come here again if in the area. Posted on May 28, 2013 |

★★★★★ A great discovery after spending a day at Hershey Park. Top customer service, rarely seen at Pakistani/Indian restaurants. Place was closed at 9:00 pm but staff still welcome us and served without rushing that you see at closing time. Food (Nan in particular) was great and the prices too. Highly recommended, will make your trip to Hershey Park even better.
P.S Dont trust your GPS locating this place. Posted on May 25, 2014 |

★★★★★ Awesome food, Great Service, and best of all everything is halal! We heard the parking would be an issue but parked in a lot and the owner reimbursed us! I especially would recommend their chicken tikka, easily the best item on the menu! Posted on February 18, 2014 |

★★★★★ Very good food. Very desi in origin. For a time being I thought I was in pakistan and eating at monal, islamabad.
It was really a good experience. I ate kebab karhai. Which was very authentic and tasty. Posted on October 29, 2013 |

★★★☆☆ My first time to Sinbads as I was passing through Harrisburg and found it on zabiha. The restaurant was clean and the service was somewhat friendly .The menu said that everything was halal .The problem is that everything on the menu is a la carte. For example I ordered lamb Karahi I had to pay extra for rice and also for Nan .I ordered tea with milk and was told that they charge extra each time you got a refill of tea .I spoke to the owner and told him that he should offer either rice or Nan with the meal and only charge extra for one item .I also told him that one should not have to pay extra for a refill on tea .He was respectful but did not agree with me and said that his food was great and that he was in business for a number of years .However when I received the bill he did not charge me for the Nan and the refill of tea . The food was fair .The lamb was overlooked and dry .All in all I tried to tell the brother that I travel a lot and was trying to give him some good advice from experience .I don't believe that he took it well but said that he would take it under consideration and I could only respect him for that. ★★★★★ The owner is very friendly. I had chicken shish kabab. Naan was delicious! They didn't have a dedicated praying room, buy they told us they are going to make one. They let us to use their area though. Posted on August 19, 2013 |

★★★★★ Very friendly owner. I came to this restaurant today after buffet time, but the owner still honor me. And while I'm eating, since not much food left, he brings me extra chicken. I think they just cooked it since it was hot. Posted on August 16, 2013 |

★★★☆☆ After reading good reviews and praises of Sindabad, we thought to give it a try. Hence we went and ordered to go food- chicken kofta curry and chicken kadai along with naan. When we came home and opened the package the quantity was little Vs the amount charged. Kofta curry was still eatable but chicken kadai sucked!!! Naan was ok ... The entire food was filled with oil... Way too much oil used!
Would never even think about going there ... Pricy food, quantity is less , oily and quality not so good as people wrote!
I am giving 3 stars coz of my husband as he said the chicken kofta curry was better than chicken kadai .. LOL!!! Posted on May 4, 2013 |

★★★★★ We traveled from NJ to hershey park, and after our adventures for the day, we were looking for a nice place to eat that served GREAT pakistani halal food. We found Sindbaad on this site, and decided to pay a visit. When we got there, lo and behold, we were very very pleased with not just the look of the restaurant, but the service as well. The owner of the restaurant was very welcoming, and made us feel right at home! And the best part - the food!! It was authentic pakistani food with home-made taste. We had bihari kebab, butter chicken, shrimp biryani, chicken karhai, naan and tea - everything on our table was superb and very affordable. On our next trip to hershey, will be pay another visit to sindbaad. You should too! Posted on April 26, 2013 |

★★★★★ Amazing restaurant in an unexpected place. Food is out of this world, we love their BBQ especially Bihari kabob and seekh kabob. Kharai is also very good, they make some very unusual desi dishes like shrimp Kharai and fish Kharai, both amazing. Owners are always on site and very hospitable. Highly recommend this place. ★★★★☆ The best thing about this restaurant is it's top class Kababs. My wife, kids and I just enjoyed. We ordered:
1) Chicken Chapali Kabab (the best)
2) Chicken Seekh Kabab (kids loved it, too)
3) Boneless Chicken Tikka (Very good)
4) Mutton (could have been better. But it may be just because we're used to a different style)
5) Naan (Very good)
Overall, the food was cooked as per our request, which made it great for all of us.
Very hospitable environment and a decent eating area (although we ordered a to-go).
The only things which we can suggest is a better parking area and a weekend buffet. Posted on October 12, 2012 |

★★★★★ We tried the behari kabob, seekh kabab, chicken tikka as well as the dabi bara and chaat. It reminded me of Burns Road, Karachi. The food is amazing and the place is very neat and clean. The owners were very friendly and welcoming.
loved the place and will be going there again this week end! Posted on October 11, 2012 |

★★★★★ The food was EXCELLENT! WE ordered seekh kebaabs, bihari kebaab, biryani, tandoori chicken, chicken karahi, and some naan. I lived in Chicago for a while and I have to say, they are just as good if not better than most restaurants there! The taste is great, everything arrived HOT, and the service was good. I will definitely be back! Posted on October 11, 2012 |

★☆☆☆☆ We were very disappointed to see that most of the food we got was out of box. The kabobs they served us were mezban brand so are the naan. They are not made fresh at the resturant. Why would I pay more for food that's out of a box just re-heated.
The wait staff also need training. While serving us the wait staff dropped his glasses in the chicken karahi. He just picked his glasses and left the dish on the table. That was very unappetizing:( Posted on October 8, 2012 |

★★★★★ went here while visiting hershey and absolutely loveddd the food! The biryani was amazing, as were the naan, kabab and daal. The service was top-notch and the family made us feel completely at home. Everyone with me loved the food as well, even two kids who didn't even like desi food. Posted on September 3, 2012 |
