★★★★★ I had to convince my wife the 1.0 mile walk was worth the halal food and meeting the Muslim women owner,"Mama", based off prior reviews. We went through a series of hills as we started our walk from Broadway, Seattle. The location is nestled between a salon and a USPS. As we waited for our beef burger and chicken salad I asked the owner about the Muslim community in Seattle and her homeland Vietnam. It honestly felt like I was visiting my favorite aunt. The owner is soo sweet and took time to meticulously cook and prepare our food. This place is definitely worth the visit. The food was delicious and my only regret was not trying some Halal Vietnamese food. Posted on June 18, 2014 |

★★★★★ Alhumdulliah, my hunny and I shared a wonderful meal here on a rainy afternoon today! The owner Sister is so sweet and was helpful in regulating what we ordered, so we didn't over eat.
We started with Sam bosas, stuffed with chicken, carrot and other veggies. Then for the main meal, we enjoyed a freshly cut salad, chicken curry, and a very tasty fried rice. The curry was delicious and had a fresh egg in it!
Thank you so much to the owner, for a wonderful meal and visit. We will be back to try the vietnamese sandwich, Philly cheese steak, and some of the breakfast sandwiches...although definitely not all at once. :)
Btw, the hours are 7am - 6pm. And she caters for small parties as well. Posted on November 23, 2012 |

★★★★☆ I was really looking forward to trying the philly cheese steaks. they were pretty good, but I would have to say they seemed a little over-priced. Half a sandwich is $5 and a whole sandwich is $8.25. The whole sandwich comes with a can of pop. I would say it was a fair deal if the sandwich had more meat in it, but there was hardly any meat in these. A Philly cheese steak should be packed with meat and onions. Anyway, the flavor was good, so if you are in the area give it a try. Posted on April 2, 2012 |

★★★★☆ I had nice time chatting with the owner and learned a little about Islam in Vietnam. The food was fresh inexpensive, and good. I had the foot long Philly Cheese, chips and soda for $8.50. Taste was very good and filling. This is mostly take out place, but has a couple seats if you prefer to sit. I look forward to trying other items on the menu. Posted on November 24, 2011 |

★★★★★ I had food here many times. I love this place. It is small and more of a take-out kind of place. Their Philly Cheese Sandwich is delicious. Ask them to make it spicy and you will love it. They have full halal menu and the owner is Muslim woman and extremely friendly. Service is quick and courteous. I would recommend this place to anyone in Seattle area for a quick Halal deli Posted on November 10, 2011 |
