★★★★★ I was working in Pennsylvania during the week & during my only day near Philadelphia, I had a choice to go here or to Saad's in Philadelphia. Saad's has great reviews & most of them mention that he only accepts cash. Usually, this is a sign of great food, but it was too far for me to drive to, so I decided to go to Phoenix Grill instead.
Upon arriving, I was disappointed to see that the place was inside a gas station. Even then I went inside & became even more disappointed that there was no inside seating. The only positive was that the brother inside had a beard & was wearing his kufi. I asked him if the cafe was open & he affirmed that it was. I went ahead & ordered the Philly Cheesesteak without cheese. He asked if I wanted it spicy & I told him no.
I received my food & went to the car to eat. I had a few bites, which were very enjoyable. I then saw that he placed cheese on my sandwich. Normally this would upset me & I would go back in demanding that it be remade, but the taste was so awesome that I overlooked it. I enjoyed it so much, I went back in & asked for another without cheese. I also asked the brother if he could show me how to make the sandwich so that I could try when I returned home from to Florida & he took me into the kitchen & walked me through the steps.
Ma'ashAllah, very tasty food & great service. Posted on August 15, 2013 |

★★★★★ Yes it is inside a quikmart gas station but the food is very good, reasonable and always fresh. I've had breakfast sandwiches and lunch here and I'm always very pleased with the service and food. The brothers are very nice mashallah. They have a great selection and variety of snacks candy chips pastries and such not to mention lots of beverage options. Highly recommend! Posted on March 20, 2015 |

★★★☆☆ I went there after Jumu'a yesterday after reading the other positive reviews and my experience was less than positive. When I got there I was told by the sister in the gas station that her dad will take my order when he returns from Jumu'a. I waited for an hour for her dad to return. She kept apologizing though and I felt bad about leaving. Her dad also apologized and was very friendly. I ordered a Swiss mushroom burger and a chicken philly. The Philly sandwich was ok (acceptable?) but the burger was disappointing and it did not even have mushrooms. I may return to this place if I'm in the area iA but it definitely is not worth going out of your way for. Posted on September 13, 2014 |

NR Not a restaurant, it's a take out located inside a Shell gas station just off of 113 in Pheoinexville. The food is good enough that we will order again. Posted on August 24, 2014 |
