★☆☆☆☆ Their food sucks! was a mistake for hiring them for our wedding food!!! Our relatives got food poisoning from the food! N after wedding was done they took back all the food instead of giving it to us to take home! Posted on November 9, 2015 |

★☆☆☆☆ I have to agree with JakeSheikh, I waited 24 hours to cool down before I wrote this review. I walked into total confusion when I asked about Halal. One man told me all the food was halal except the sheesh kabob is Halal. Then, the chef came out and told me just the chicken is Halal for now because he's having trouble getting beef in (and no that wasnt the only beef item on the menu). I was handed over to literally 5 different people when finally a very very rude woman took my take out order and once she was done writing it down, she turned around and walked away, leaving me there standing. When the food was finally ready, she did the same thing, put our order on the table, walked away without a word or goodbye or I'll be back. We got to our hotel room and saw she never gave us our drinks!! Ugh! As for the food, not authentic at all!! The Kadhai chicken was basically marinara sauce coriander. The briyani was basically the Khadai chicken mixed with white rice. The chicken makhni was not bad, and chicken tandoori kabob was so bland when I indicated I wanted medium spices. We came upon this place by accident looking for Zaytun. It couldve been a blessing in disguise but it was a horror. Dont go there, go to pizza hut or find Zaytun instead, not worth the aggravation right before a meal and to have to stop by a gas station to buy drinks. Posted on June 24, 2012 |

★★★☆☆ Went to kababs for the first time recently , and had their lunch buffet. Half of the buffet trays were empty and they stayed that way through our whole meal, so we didnt' get to try very many of their dishes. What we did get to eat was good. The next time, we called in an order to make sure we got our favorite dishes. When we got the food home and opened it up, we saw that all the naan we ordered (3 pieces for $9) was so burnt it was inedible. The waitresses are very nice, the place is clean. ★★★★★ Mr. Sheikh, I was soo disapointed in your remarks above. I eat out at KABABS 2 to 3 times a week and this is one of most respected restaurant in whole city and I also asked many of my friends about the review as of food quality as well as service. This is THE BEST in midwest vote best kababs in Wichita. So Mr. Sheikh being so negative and be so sure is a sin in Islam as well as humanity.
Keep you options to your self and live a better life.
I GAVE KABABS 6 SATRS OUT FIVE. ....and yes I have seen there REAL Zabiha Halal certificate too. Posted on June 4, 2011 |

★☆☆☆☆ I had a horrible experience in this restaurant. Food was mediocre and service was unacceptable. I walked out extremely upset and disappointed. None of the food was authentic. I had two separate incidents of bad experience at this restaurant. First time, I drove all the way for half-an-hour to get to the restaurant and they were closed way before their actual closing time. When I called them, the owner apologized by saying that we closed early because we didn't have any customer. This last time we went in a group of 16 and had reservations prior to getting at the restaurant. We only had one server and the food order was messed up. The food was extremely mediocre and some of them weren't even good in taste. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If you want to ruin your lunch or dinner and want to waste your money, then this place is definitely for you. This last review is completely fake and it is a big lie about the food and the service. Please don't go there. Thanks. Posted on September 11, 2010 |
