★☆☆☆☆ Where to Eat... NOT HERE! Cold food, bland. Barely any meat in the cheesesteak. We got one regular & one chicken cheesesteak. I think they microwaved it and threw it into a hot dog bun. How can one mess up fries? Ask them. Small portions and over priced. I was hungry and didn't know where else to go as I am not from here. So I ate the food and within 15 min became sick. This is the first and last time I would eat here. The employees asked how was the food. I told them not good and it was cold. They said, oh, we had been calling you for 10 minutes, that's why it became cold. It had only been a few min since we ordered and sat down. Tell me how one can truly make a fresh cheesesteak and make it cold in under 5 minutes? This is the first and last time I would go to this place. Posted on January 3, 2015 |

★★★★★ Cons
Confirmed that the Philly Cheesesteak and the Chicken Cheesesteak is halaal (the owner I believe is from Algeria)
Highly recommend their Original Philly Cheesesteak (add mayo and whatever toppings)
Cons
Takes quiet a bit of time to prepare especially if it's busy.
All in all, I've never had halaal Philly cheesesteak in the DMV area so I'm glad these guys are here! Posted on July 7, 2014 |

★☆☆☆☆ Asked if your meat is zabiha, they said I wasn't there to see! Such a careless response would make me highly skeptic about their halal status. Posted on January 15, 2014 |

★★★☆☆ the cheesesteaks were good BUT the "chicken parmesean" tasted like cardboard on a roll dry as a desert cactus in midsummer...not worth even free!!! Posted on October 7, 2013 |

★★★★☆ In the food court of the Tyson's mall. Happy to have this halal option, but its overpriced. The sandwiches are maybe eight to ten inches long but are pretty thin and not that packed. I had the chicken cheese steak and I liked it enough but I've had better at other halal places. Posted on September 20, 2012 |

★★★★☆ This place has actually been out there for quite a while. I went here for Iftar last year, and went again a few days ago.
Only the cheesesteak and chicken cheesesteak is halal. They have other subs/wraps and wings that are not halal.
My review:
Great for cheesesteak in the mall (Tysons). Good enough fries and onion rings. The customization of the cheesesteak makes it fun. It tastes pretty good and the portions are decent (I would say around 8 inches). You have the option of double meat and cheese and even with single meat, it was pretty hefty.
it doesn't get 5 stars because it's not fully halal and the fries and onion rings could use some improvement. Posted on July 6, 2012 |

★★★★☆ Great place for Cheesesteaks in Northern Virginia! Verbally confirmed the halal status, and the bread is fresh and so are the toppings you request for your cheesesteak. Excellent service and great food. THe fries could be improved but the main course is awesome! Posted on July 1, 2012 |
