★★★☆☆ I found this place when I saw it featured on 'Street Eats.' The only reason I wanted to go was to meet the hilarious duo that ran the joint. I was hoping they would tell me more about their "special sauce." Sadly, I was served by a normal Turkish family and had to eat on the street because of closing time. The store is located in front of my friend's barber. Also, the Pide is a bit greasy and could use some spice. Posted on August 10, 2010 |

★★★☆☆ That's my barber Afzal's referring to. The pizza is unique compared to other area offerings, but can be quite greasy and heavy. If you can take the spice, ask for the spicy Turkish sausage pizza (Sucuk). Posted on August 9, 2010 |

★★☆☆☆ I went here with both Afzal and Master and I was also disappointed not meeting the owners as well but was glad to learn about Master's barber being across the street. I had some of Afzal's pizza and I was glad I didnt order anything, I rather have a nice pizza from Catering King and Pizza. Posted on August 9, 2010 |

★★★★☆ their pizza is great but the toppings can be improved a bit, but I guess next time I will order for extra. The owners I believe are turkish muslims so that solves the Halal issue their Baklavas are a must have. Posted on April 16, 2010 |

★★★★★ Pizza Pide is now a firm fixture on our rotation of restaurants. Great food and service, and reasonable prices. Try the sucuklu kasarli pide (sausage & cheese) - it's amazing... Posted on June 3, 2009 |

★★★★★ This is a small Turkish fast food restaruant where they serve authentic Turkish "pide"s. Pide is a Turkish word for flat and thick bread in general (both with or without something on it). I asked the owner and he assured me it was halal. You can watch them make the pides while you eat. They sell Turkish baklavas, too. Very good value and taste for the price. ★★★★★ I did not see any halal sign but the owner assured me that it was halal. Great selection of pide. I tried Sebzeli (Assorted vegetables & feta cheese), Karisik, Sucuklu kasarli and Lahmacun. They were all really good but I enjoyed the Karisik and Lahmacun the most. The pide were much bigger than I expected and those 4 pide were enough for dinner for me and a friend - and then every meal for the next 2 days. The presentation is lovely as the pide pieces are arranged in a long platter with some fresh veg/salad. Prices are very reasonable, service is friendly and the restaurant is reasonably comfortable. No coffee/tea served. Posted on December 7, 2006 |
