★★☆☆☆ We ordered from the halal portion of the menu which are a few chicken dishes. What we had was not bad but I did find bits of beef (not halal) in my rice. This makes me believe that they prep and cook their halal meat in the same areas and pots as the non-halal meat. Also, we did come at lunch time and noticed that we were the only table that received the dinner portions while all other patrons had lunch portions, wasn't sure what that was all about. ★★★★☆ Value for your money! I brought my family (of 4 adults) and was informed that there only limited items that are halal. Large portions can be shared between 2-3 people. We ordered 5 items which cost about $40.00 and the food lasted for both lunch and dinner for us :) Posted on May 24, 2013 |

★★★★★ Excellent food, had halal (Muslim ) chicken lomen,
Chicken jalapeño and gen tsao chicken, reminds me of
Halal chinese on dean in Brooklyn very comparably good.
Great portion size, ample meat, cooked with hearty jesture.
We took as take out, as it was closing time, the lady was courteous enough to give free hot sauce and utensils with plates to go. Posted on July 25, 2012 |

★★★★★ Nice service, clean sit down (slightly dated decor), tasty food, and very reasonable prices! The hostess explained that they get their chicken for the halal dishes from restaurant depot. They started carrying halal about 2 years ago because of the high number of Indopak/muslim requests from their regulars to start carrying halal. During the weekday the halal items were: Mongolian Chicken, Sesame Chicken, Orange Peal Chicken and Chicken Jalapeno. When we went over the weekend they also had Chicken fried rice and my favorite, Chicken Lo Mein. There wasnt any indication of religious background nor did we ask, because who knows what religion the person making your taco is either. Anyway, go for it. Awesome food! Not just some homemade Halal Chinese. Posted on March 3, 2012 |
