★★★★☆ I've come here on two occasions, once for Eid brunch and again for dinner. On Eid I was with a large group, and we were served family-style large plates of rice, meats, vegetables, salad, bread, and drinks. Everything was delicious, especially the bread and the meats on the platter, which were perfectly seasoned. For dinner, I ordered a simple plate of spaghetti with meat sauce. It wasn't amazing, but I wasn't expecting it to be; I was looking for comfort food and like what my mom would cook, and it delivered. The owner and workers there are incredibly friendly and hospitable, Masha'Allah. It's a very casual setting, with a television in the corner and basic tables, chairs, and utensils, and no one minds if your kids act like kids there. I would highly recommend this to everyone looking for a quick, friendly meal. It's about a three minute walk from the ISBCC. Posted on August 21, 2014 |
