★★☆☆☆ friendly wait staff but managers were not forthcoming regarding meat. food was good, hookah is okay, but the environment is not zabihah-friendly. Posted on July 28, 2011 |

★★★☆☆ Food is decent but is quite pricey.......The service really needs to improve as they are quite slow and do not check up on their patrons much........I have heard rumors that the meat is not Zabihah but it was confirmed to me by the staff the meat is "halal". I would still recommend confirming it with the staff as they unfortunately serve alcohol and have non-halal entertainment at this place. Posted on October 6, 2009 |

★☆☆☆☆ I work and live close to this place and tried there lunch and dinner at different times. There servings are small and prices are LARGE and didn't have any special taste in food. I will NOT recommend this place to any good friend of mine. Posted on September 17, 2007 |

★★★★☆ If you intend to visit this place as a restaurant and not as a place of entertainment and public dancing stay away from there on late nights :-) My friends forced me to go there a few times :-P Posted on January 15, 2007 |

★☆☆☆☆ Totally not organized, the owner is a big lier, and I should have taken them to court for what they have done to me.
I was with some friends on a Friday warm night. The weather was nice and they seated more people than the restaurant space can handle.
One of the mexican waiters handling the "hookah" passed by me and because he was in a hurry (only 2 waiters serving all the people) he dropped the burning charcoal on my head!!!
Thank God it quickly bounced off of my head. It went on my coat and burned it all the way.
After the scarry and embarasing situation I went to the manager and they quickly calmed me down and told me not to worry and the owner will fully reimburse me for my coat next Monday.
On Monday, I called the owner and he seemed friendly. He told me to go ahead and buy a similar coat and he will reimburse me. I went to Macy's and got myself a similar coat for $300 which is close in value to my coat.
I called them and after 3 attempts and 2 visits I was able to catch the owner and when I showed him the receipt he said that its too expensive and my coat is only worth $100... and not even, he will buy me a coat with some discounts he has and give it to me. He said that he doesn't want to involve the insurance on his restaurant and he'd rather pay it himself and that's all he is willing to pay me.
This is other than the embarassing situation confronting him with his team at the restaurant and their attitude.
I told him that I am not begging you here, you should be lucky i did not call the cops for what you've done to me. I was a gentleman to trust your manager and what he told me.
Anyways, my pregnant wife didn't want me to make a big scene out of it, I told them that they lost a good customer, and I took the coat he got me (which was worth $100).
I am now committed to tell all the people I know about this restaurant so they watch out from them and their bad treatment. Posted on October 4, 2006 |

★★★★★ Nice food. Just finished my lunch and now adding review.
I ordered Chicken Shish and Lamb Shawarma.
I really enjoyed both of them. Specially the Lamb Shawarma coz good cooked tender lamb meat is rare.
Anyway, both chicken and lamb meat was delicious and during lunch not much crowded (atleast today).
Friday/Sat nights, some Ms. Farah also sings.. saw a poster on the wall.
Also they serve all kind of wine. I confirmed with the waiter if the food is Halal and he told me yes. He was muslim too!
Cheers and enjoy eating!!! Posted on September 7, 2005 |
