★☆☆☆☆ It’s no longer a halal restaurant. Place is converted to a bar and night club under new name. Posted on September 1, 2019 |

★★★★★ Excellent service and amazing food.
We drove all the way from Maryland to eat here and it was so worth it. The owner is a very nice man and excellent service. I can't wait to bring the rest family here. ~ Samira Posted on December 21, 2013 |

★★☆☆☆ The total amount was $19.42 but they charged me $29.42.
This is illegal and not an Islamic way. (Haram).
However, the food wasn't delicious, and I guess it was sitting around (Not fresh).
Unfortunately, I found the cook guy used the restroom without washing his hand.
I'm not going to trust this any more. Posted on September 5, 2013 |

★★★★★ I went there yesterday, 6/22/13 and had the Kafta Kabab (Beef). I really really enjoyed the meal. I am still thinking about it today. The waiter was a really nice guy, called Adam (his parents are from Turkey) and he gave good service. he also confirmed to me that the meat is Halal and the it is a faily owned business. Afternoon is the best time to go, not much rush then. Posted on June 23, 2013 |

★★★★☆ Positive: Excellent Black Angus Steak with excellent ambiance in a great location. Turkish tea and Baklava are delicious.
Negative: Turkish food is average in quality and they serve grocery store quality pita bread rather than fresh Turkish bread.
Overall: Great place to go with family and friends, especially if you like steaks and appreciate great service and ambiance.
Revisit: Will definitely revisit them, especially when family and friends come to the Philadelphia area. Posted on July 28, 2012 |

★★★☆☆ The food tasted good but my meal wasn't hot. Service was not good - many waiters/waitresses walked by our table numerous times without carrying anything. For the amount of money the meal cost I expected better. Posted on August 21, 2011 |

★★★★☆ This is definitely one of the better Halal restaurants in Philly! I have had alot of different dishes from here and they were all great. Customer service is very good and the ambience is nice. The are located in the heart of the South Street area, so there are plenty of places to visit after...
Their lamb kabobs are fantastic! Posted on March 28, 2011 |

★★★☆☆ This place catered a dinner I attended. The food seemed a little bland for my taste. It was only after mixing the food with some serious spice and chutney that I was I able to enjoy it. Not sure i would recommend. Posted on February 5, 2011 |

★★★★☆ Service is EXCELLENT. We ordered our food online and we had some trouble getting to the restaurant, (kids held us back) they called to make sure we could find the restaurant. My cousin went to pick up the food and almost got a ticket, but the waiter ran outside to stop the police man and then the manager apologized for the incident. Random story aside, the service was wonderful. Make sure to try the BAKLAVA, the BEST baklava I've ever had in the world (and I've been to turkey.) We also ordered the chicken shish kabob, which was ok, I eat a lot of spices so I found it rather plain. I think next time I'm going to try the donor kabob, it looks more appetizing. ★★★★★ Food and Service is really good. The main greeter wears a tie, never seen that at a halal spot so that says something. Posted on May 14, 2010 |

★★★★★ My third time to this Excellent restaurant. Local Halal meat shop confirmed that they bought their meat from them. The food is a bit on the pricey side but I'll try to sum it up. 1: Excellent food. 2:By far the best and most considerat. Service of ANY halal restaurant I've been to. OVER ALL a great dining experience Posted on May 4, 2010 |
