HALAL SUMMARY
The owners of this restaurant are Muslim and have confirmed its halal status.
★☆☆☆☆ It's good food but the staff is extremely rude. I never knew a restaurant staff to call a customer "cheap and asking for free stuff" when we were simply asking for more plates. Isnt that a basic service when going out to eat? This restaurant and staff acts very miserly when giving you spoons or forks or even cups and plates. The guy usually at the counter does talk about customers to other customers so beware. I don't think the standards were very high when the manager hired its workers here. I have heard that its better to deliver from this place than eat here because of the behavior of its staff. No wonder every time I've gone there it's been empty. Because of the lack of manners and cheap quality of this place I would rather eat at Alladins. Mr. Pizza, until you learn some etiquette, youve lost a bunch of customers. You can't treat the customer without respect- we are the ones that keep you going. Don't bring your family here, it's embarrassing, go to Aladdins instead. Posted on January 17, 2012
★★★★☆ The pizza here is advertised as $1 a slice to market towards its immediate customer base which are my students from next door. The sandwiches are all very good as are the fresh daily specials. If your ever in downtown Paterson this is a great place to pick food up. Every time I order I ask if its halal and the answer has always been yes to halal and zabihah. I also saw some packaging of halal deli meats. Posted on January 27, 2010
