★★★★★ We visited this lovely restaurant today with my family of 4. The halal certificate was on the wall as soon as you walk in so it made us comfortable. The food was excellent, prices very much affordable comparing to Manhattan area. Really clean place with friendly servers. Highly recommended. Can’t wait to visit back inshallah. ★★★★★ We ate at this restaurant several times and also did the 'take out'. Food was excellent. Halal sign is displayed at the counter (on back wall). We eat Mediterranean and Turkish food often in Dallas, where we have a wide selection of great restaurants - so we know what we are talking about! We ate Chicken & Lamb Shish Kabobs, Lamb Chops & Doner Kabob - they were all really great in taste, well cooked. Chicken Chops were just OK, a bit dry. They serve fresh/hot Turkish style bread with a condiment as free appetizer, bread was great, condiment - not so much. Staff was courteous. Small but deep location, ground floor is better than first floor (which has low ceiling and low chairs/tables - sitting on them was a bit hard, plus AC was not that great either). We were staying at 45th St, so this restaurant was at a walking distance, we loved it, went there multiple times. Would highly recommend it to everyone. They do serve alcohol but there was no smell in the atmosphere. Posted on June 21, 2015
★★★★☆ I picked up Shepard salad with BBQ chicken. It was really good and the service was very friendly. It is on the expensive side but if I were to take people for business this would be the restaurant of my choice. Posted on May 8, 2015
★★☆☆☆ Portions are small and price is high.
By far I prefer ABA at Columbus Circle. The food is tastier there with larger portions and better atmosphere. Posted on January 13, 2015
