★☆☆☆☆ The quality of the food has deteriorated.. I have been one of those who offset the small portion sizes and high prices with the amazing quality of food Eat More served... but over the last couple of years I've been repeatedly disappointed.. The owner has to do some soul searching based on what he started and what it is ending up becoming Posted on March 12, 2017 |

★☆☆☆☆ not sure what to eat more at this restaurant!
we ordered - regular and garlic naan, chicken haryali tikka, nihari, chicken korma/karahi, chicken biryani.
first the good - chicken haryali tikka
the bad - everything else.
* Chicken Biryani - there was barely any chicken in the biryani (which was hardly 200grams worth of rice and 2 minuscule pieces from the neck part of the chicken, i.e. lots of bone and no meat).
* Nihari - had a 3 ounce meat with 30ml of shorba/curry
* Chicken Korma/Karahi - filled with oil, 6 pieces of bone filled chicken
for a fine dining restaurant (which the restaurant claims), there should be Michelin star service. Yes, they spent a lot of money on the decor (washrooms are clean, lounge area is fancy), however, food was not comparable to the restaurants name as suggested (i.e. Eat More. It should be renamed - Khana Khazana or something along those lines, at least that would give the restaurant level set expectation from the patron).
there should be no bones in any of my meat ordered at a fine dining restaurant (unless t-bone steak or something similar is ordered).
for the price they are charging, and the terrible meat and portion quality in the food, I would certainly not recommend this restaurant. Other restaurants would be far far far better. Posted on December 30, 2015 |

★★★★★ Finally, a clean, nicely decorated restaurant in Toronto! I would give it 5 stars just based on decor. The food tastes great and the service is great. Whats not to be liked? The prices are high, but I pay the same if I go to a non-muslim restaurant so I'm ok. I would recommend to the owners to change the name to something catchy, and find a better location. ★★☆☆☆ Prices are over the top for the tasteless and flavourless food here. Chicken in karahi smelled pretty bad. Although we enjoyed the paneer karahi. All the meat dishes were bland. Posted on July 28, 2014 |

★★★★★ I must say that it has improved since a couple months ago. So if you haven't tried them for awhile because of a bad experience a few years back, I encourage you to try em again because it's a whole lot better now. I'm a big chicken biryani fan and previously found Eat More Restaurant chicken biryani pretty unimpressive, mostly because the rice was really bland and flavourless. But lately, I gotta admit that it is much more flavourful than it used to be, and consistently so.
The staff was really polite and very professional. Must try its great. Posted on November 16, 2013 |

★☆☆☆☆ The place looks great, the food is another story.
Prices are totally unjustified.
Food was very very bad.
We ordered three different dishes and the kebobs had smell in it (Raw meet smell that you would smell in a butcher shop)
The biryani was bad as well, I had mixture of rice that was hard to mixed with new soft rice. This meant that the owner was pushing old stuff with new.
Third dish was of chick kadahi and this was raw chicken which my kids didn't even touch. The kids said the food was bad.
In fact the condiments (raita) had a weird smell.
Only thing that was good and they didn't mess up was the naan..
In conclusion I don't see this place lasting too long.
Quality is really really bad. Posted on October 11, 2013 |

★☆☆☆☆ Good hospitality and ambiance in Mississauga where most of the places are not only unhygienic but dirty.
The bad: Prices are through the roof. Food substandard. Every dish is bland and over priced. Portions are quite small.
We paid 400 for 14 people. They forced us to pay 15% gratuity. Only one server brings everything. If a restaurant can not make eatable Bryani, or Shami what else do you expect from them. Will never go again. Posted on June 12, 2013 |

★★★☆☆ Hoonh! Looks like last review is written by the owner! It probably is. Nice decor, small portions, average taste, not the FINE dining claimed in the last review. Posted on February 28, 2013 |

★★★★★ I am a regular customer at Eat More and have had an amazing experience each time! It's a great place for family and friends to gather and food- service- atmosphere are all beyond exceptional.
It is a must try for anyone who appreciates QUALITY and is not afraid to enjoy a little.
I must also add, reading some of the comments below, I am quite disappointed at some of our fellow pakistani's. First of all- for all those complaining about PRICES and QUANTITY- i guess you have never been to a fine cuisine before. Amazing service and atmosphere comes at a price- if you are just looking for food, then my friends, there's many fast food places just around the corner.
Next, quantity- Eat More offers quite large portions for a fine cuisine. The basic concept of a FINE CUISINE is to enjoy the delicacies, the presentation, and the atmosphere in which they are served. If you are looking for large portions and leftovers to take home, so that it last you a week then this isn't the place for you.
To end, I would just like to say that Eat More is a restaurant which we as Pakistani's should be very proud of as we can bring our fellow colleagues and others out and show them some authentic, and CLASSY Pakistani culture. Posted on February 2, 2013 |

★☆☆☆☆ You cannot always make people fool again and again with decent décor; extremely high priced food having extremely poor quality and low quantity. Not going again. Posted on January 10, 2013 |

★☆☆☆☆ Went here on Jan. 4th 2013 - after reading some of the reviews below I was a little hesitant but I tried this place anyways. The decor and service is absolutely amazing. But the food is below average AT BEST! Their naans are of 3rd class quality and karahi chicken (with bone) tasted like as if it was made days ago. Definitely not going there again. ★☆☆☆☆ As everyone else mentioned, nice decor and nice place but the food is below average and way over priced. chicken biryani was so bland that it felt like plain rice, beef tikka was simply boiled meat rolled in spices, Naan was ok, so was salad. I will not go there again, Posted on December 31, 2012 |

★★★☆☆ I had a chance to visit Eat more on Dec 26th 2012,
WIll like to document following observation.
The place in neat, quiet supported with friendly staff.
I personallly believe a new place will look like this, however over the period of times things might change (lets see after 1 year).
Quality of Food is average - tried several dishes on the recommendation of staff and could not find anything special.
Price of the food is extremely HIGH, in terms of both QUALITY and QUANTITY.
the above comment is certainly valid for Veel Karahi, FIsh Tikka and Chicken Biryani. Posted on December 26, 2012 |

★★★★★ Finally a classy, clean and beautiful Pakistan restaurant. IMy family and I visited the restaurant on Novemeber 4th, 2012. I must say the ambiance, decor is so amazing. The food was really good too. The lahori fish and kabobs so tasty. The staff was really polite and very professional. Must try its great. Posted on November 6, 2012 |

★★☆☆☆ The good: Good hospitality and ambiance by Pakistani restaurant standards. The server Abu Bakr was courteous and friendly. Much effort has gone into the decor.
The bad: Prices are through the roof. A plate of sad fries costs $5, three tikkis of aloo are $7. And these are just starters. For a group of 8 people who ate moderately the bill was $215. This included a forced gratuity of $25 / 15%. Food was standard or substandard, nothing beyond par. The biryani was extremely bland which sadly no one dared eat. The lahori king fish wasn't much different than fish from a fish & chips shop.
I will not be returning to this place. Posted on November 4, 2012 |

NR Extremely overpriced and sub par quality. They have really nice decor but the food is not good at all. Posted on November 1, 2012 |

NR Honestly I don't recommend anybody to visit eatmore restaurant because i have worked in that restaurant and i have clearly seen how do they make food, i am specially highlighting on NAANS. Ive seen the tandoor chef making naans while he was prickling his nose and stuff. It was disgusting. You will smell the drainage odour sometimes when you stood by the bar. They are not even considered about it. I have also seen the waiters eating food from customer's left-overs which they ask to pack it. The owner named SHAKIR smoke inside the kitchen where they are preparing food, i don`t know how many times the ash have been in people`s food. The restaurant may look nice from outside, but this is the real truth behind their preparation. Posted on October 29, 2012 |

★★★★★ Best Pakistani service. Almost best Pakistani food. Reasonable prices. Almost beat ambience. Posted on September 25, 2012 |

★★★★☆ Have been to this place on three separate occasions:
1. Lunch Special - A lot of food for one person, but well worth the money - 4/5
2. Afternoon snacks - they offer a variety of sandwiches. Had the Chicken Club sandwich, would give it - 5/5
3. Dinner - Most dishes are pretty bland and portions are small - 3/5. Posted on September 22, 2012 |

★★☆☆☆ Really welcoming staff and attentive waiters, beautiful decor. However the food was something else. I have never had lamb karahi where the sauce was made out of nothin but tomatoes, really dry, hardly any gravy. Mixed vegetable dish was made from frozen vegetable packages (really distasteful). Chicken Chef special (Or at least that's what I think it was called) was ok. This was a really dissapointing experience as we will not be coming back to this beautiful restaurant due to its poor cuisine. Posted on September 16, 2012 |
