★★★★★ We got there about 11:10 am and first people there . Appetizers We ordered beef Samosas kinda small but delicious. Came with seasoned frys and ordered there Cajun buffalo wings.. two words. The best we ever had.. wingstop has nothing on them. For the Entrées yes we like to eat good early on Sundays .. lol I ordered beef shish kabob with half rice and half salad. It was amazing. Wife ordered Philly cheese steak . Amazing. And my mom ordered chicken barg half salad half rice. Amazing.. there service was flawless with the food. Staff very friendly. And I recommend anyone that wants great quality and that's not cheap spend a couple more bucks for great food to go there. The menu and varieties is endless. U won't be disappointed! ★★★★☆ This place is the Cheesecake Factory of halal eateries. It has, BY FAR, the most expansive menu I've ever seen at a halal place. My brother and I got a pizza with pepperoni and veggies. It was good. I'd say, in terms of pizza quality, not quite as good as Big Al's (which is forever away in Maywood), but good, and definitely a place we intend to visit over and over again, both for the pizzas and to try out all the items on their menu. ★★★★★ The décor at this place is hilarious (think disco/nightclub), but that just adds to the charm of it! The menu is huge with a variety of different cuisines (Italian, Mexican, Chinese, Persian, American). So far we've really enjoyed all our food, especially the sandwiches. There is also a really nice prayer space there. Posted on April 2, 2018 |

★★★★★ So good!!! Tons of options. We got the mango habanero wings and they were delicious. Got them again the next day. Have also tried their Persian food and it's really good. Will definitely be frequenting this restaurant! Posted on July 24, 2016 |

★★★★★ New halal restaurant in Pomona area. Have only tried the American food but it is very delicious. I have tried the Philly cheese steak, the grilled chicken with a bunch of spicy vegetables stuff in there and bbq pizza. All were great! I will definitely be going back there for food. ★★★★★ New owners/new management - came here after many years and was pleasantly surprised. They are under the same family ownership as San Giovanni pizza in Anaheim. We ordered the meat lovers pizza and loves it. They make their dough using stone ovens and their ingredients were top notch mashallah. They also have Persian food. Posted on April 19, 2016 |

★★★☆☆ The owners have changed, but they kept the name the same. I have been there 3 times and tried a few different items. The Chicken Tandoori salad was dry and but the chicken had a good flavor to it. The Meat Lovers pizza was ok, average at best. The wings were bad and too greasy. I just got the Philly Cheese Steak and that was delicious. I will try a few more dishes, but as of right now it's a 3 out 5 star restaurant. The owners have very nice and service is great. ★★★★☆ Maybe new owners as they no longer serve American style sandwiches but they do serve pizza and wings as well as Persian food. Everything is halal. Owner was very nice and friendly. Had the BBQ chicken pizza which was very good. The kubideh (beef) plate was ok, but I have had better. The wings were also ok, didn't seem fresh and were kinda soggy. The Persian tea was good. Very good service. Posted on February 25, 2015 |

NR Extremely small portion sizes! Food Tasted bland and strong garlic smell in everything! Bread was stale! Looked like it was made days before! Meat was very hard and elasticity! I wouldn't recommend it to anyone I am not coming back Posted on October 21, 2014 |

★★★★★ My first time at this Persian restaurant and I was absolutely amazed at how well it was set up! First off, the reviews I had read made me believe it was going to be a place that sells American food but that was not the case. It's Iranian (Persian) food. The meat was extremely tender and delicious! My wife had these long kabobs and I was very much impressed by the portion sizes. In fact, I brought some back home with me to enjoy the next afternoon for lunch. I also was very pleased with their ambience. They might've had some incense burning earlier in the day as it smelled very sweet and relaxing. I will definitely go there again in the future. This I would say is by far the best food I have tasted ever since I relocated to this area 2 months ago. Posted on October 16, 2013 |

★☆☆☆☆ I was here recently. Great service, easy atmosphere. Arcade for kids. All sorts of pizza, subs, buffalo wings, etc. Halal American Food! Price is decent as well!
UPDATE: YEAR 2010 - The place is no longer any good. No way else to put it. Posted on August 13, 2010 |

★☆☆☆☆ This place USED to be good. It's absolutely horrible now. We just came back from there and are never going back. Perhaps the owner changed. The food was not good and the 'service' was pathetic. The owner was running a one man show and didn't seem to understand his own menu. When we asked for the mushroom burger from the menu he seemed confused. The owner didn't understand the difference between ranch sauce and ketchup. The mushroom burger turned out to be a skimpy cheeseburger loaded with ketchup and three, count them, three slices of raw mushrooms. After waiting 30 mins we cancelled the rest of our order. We asked for water and he pointed at the bottled water suggesting to purchase it. The soda machine was out of order. There were no napkins at easy access. I was asked to go behind the counter an get them from the cabinet.
The owner seems like a nice guy but perhaps running a restaurant just isn't his thing.
It's sad that zabihah eaters have to resort to third class places like this.
You're better off going to a nonzabihah place and just ordering something without meat. Posted on July 11, 2010 |

★★★★★ Excellent food, good customer service but the fact they are soo cheap when it comes to paying with credit card it just kills it, I dread going there because I always have to worry about if I have enough change. Posted on June 7, 2009 |

★☆☆☆☆ The wings were horrible. The weren't cooked throughly. Very bad service. They also charge a dollar just for sauce. Posted on November 24, 2008 |

★☆☆☆☆ Maybe this was the only time this happened, but everything was really bad during my visit here. Lets just say we ordered 3 things to try and could not finish any of those due to the lack of taste. The wings, sandwiches, and pizza all had burnt taste. The soft drink fountain had a sour taste to the drinks. Supplies such as plates, napkin were out (had to be purchased from store next door).

★★★★☆ The food was great here, the service was decent but slow. But the selection of wings, Sandwiches, pizzas, and subs makes up for all that. I would definately reccomend! Posted on September 26, 2007 |

★★★★★ I went to Zubys and ordered their spicy chicken sandwich, although it was not very spicy, it was delicious. The bread was fresh, the marinated chicken breast was the best I've tasted. I was concerned about the pepperoni not being halal so I spoke with the owner, Seyed, he assured me everything was halal. He went so far as to show me the packaging and his invoices. He said he would speak to anybody, personally, who has a concern. He stated they had all beef pepperoni and halal pepperoni in the past but now has changed everything to halal. ★★★★★ They have really good sandwiches and their menu is really extensive for a halal italian restaurant. I haven't tried everything on the menu but their wings and pastrami sandwich was great. Posted on January 11, 2006 |

★★★★★ I come here alot, and i mean alot. With friends and family. The service is great, food is always good. I guess he had some people before who might have been a little incompitent but now Zuby's is awsome. Food usual takes about 15-30 minutes depending on what you want. You don't have to come here as some people say, but you will come back because the food is awsome and the prices are good. If it wasnt 50 miles from me I would go there everyday. I ate there again a few days ago and all I have to say is i hope Zubys comes to West LA/Culver City soon... Posted on October 20, 2005 |

★★★☆☆ Im a regular customer at Zuby's, probably 1-2/week. I have to be honest, service could be a LOT better. Its hard to know what you will get. Sometimes the food is really good (when its cooked by the owner himself) and othertimes its unedible (I end up throwing it away). For example, the burgers are really good when he makes his own patty meat, but are not to my liking when he uses halal frozen patties. Its like that with allmost of his food, there is no consistency. Also, the owner says the food will be ready in 15 minutes, but usually ends up taking anhywhere from 30 minutes to an hour. If he says delivery will be there in 30 minutes, it can someitmes take 1-2 hours. Like I said no consistency. I continue to come here to support our brothers in the halal restauirant business also because there is a lacking of halal places in the inland valley area. Prices are good, food can be excellent if its a good day, and service can be improved. Arcade and hangout area for youth. Local masjid near by. The peperroni is NOT halal unless you ask for it to be halal. Owner says his workers are good at recongizing muslim buyers and automatically give halal meeet to them. I think they should be asking all buyers because some muslims are assuming everything is halal. That is true except for the peperroni, he gives non-halal for non-muslim customers cause halal pep expensive. Posted on March 21, 2005 |

★★★★★ Best Halal Food Ever! Posted on November 16, 2004 |

★★★★★ Excellent subs. Menu includes subs with lots of meat and reasonable prices. Italian menu. Ribs, buffalo wings, chicken tenders, freshly squeeze juices. Pizza is offered with two different sauce background. (white or tomatoe based). Owner makes his own susage using zabihah ground beef. ham/bacon toppings are from halal turkey according to the owner. Owner says he buys his meat from same suppliers that supply adjacent food bargains halal meat and Mirage halal restaurant.
Excellent place for those want to eat halal and want something different than traditional indo/pak cusine. Posted on June 7, 2004 |
