★★★★★ Had the best meal here we've had in ages! Everything we ordered just tasted delicious! And we all are picky people to please.
Ordered:
Chicken satay - delicious peanut sauce to dip in!!
Thai iced tea - always tasty
Chicken basil fried rice - awesome! Highly recommend.
Panang beef curry - very tasty and flavorful. Creamy and compliments the white rice well.
Pad kee mao with chicken - like drunken noodles - great flavor
Orange chicken - I got this bc I loveeee sesame chicken and this is the closest Thai version of that. It was realllly good.
I'm well versed in spicy dishes as a desi and the waitress, super friendly and nice staff btw, gave us a spice scale of 1-5. We picked 3 for everything and found it spicier than we anticipated so might go for a 2 next time.
Overall, will definitely be going again! Great staff, fast service, awesome food. 2 thumbs up. Posted on March 20, 2014 |

★★★★★ If you are in Vegas and you don't come to this place then you are depriving yourself of best Thai in North America; and I am not exaggerating!
I was by myself, so couldn't try many things, but whatever I ordered, was amazing.
Now to the ambience, decor and customer service.....VERY CLEAN place with decent decor; and very very friendly staff, who are EAGER to serve you. I had to take a very important business call during the dinner, and by the time I got off of phone, my food wasn't warm enough....the waitress rushed to reheat the food so I could enjoy my meal to the last bite!! Thank God this place is not owned by a Desi.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! You won't find this many reviews with ALL 5 stars; you've got to try this place. I am going for lunch tomorrow, before my flight :-) Posted on January 17, 2014 |

★★★★★ We stayed in vegas from NYC expecting very little from a halal spot all the way in Nevada, but we were completely taken by surprise! This food is flat out AWESOME! It's as authentic as it gets! Excellent and flavorful food - we tried the mega fried rice, basil rice, and basically every meat entree and appetizer! We were in Vegas for 6 nights and we ate there 4 times!! The thai ice tea - two thumbs up! Mango sticky rice and rotie dessert - some of the best desserts i've ever had!! Not to mention that their service is flawless....amazingly nice and genuine ppl! Please PLEASE PLEASE go visit and enjoy their food...you'll love it!! Posted on August 26, 2013 |

★★★★★ Whilst this place does not look like much from the outside the food is very good. From the soup, rice dish, noodles, and chicken dishes we had all were perfect. Shame this place is not closer to home as we'd be regulars. Posted on May 24, 2015 |

★★★★☆ This place has delicious food. We ordered two noodle dishes, two rice dishes, and two appetizers - all flavorful and fresh. The only downgrade was our server seemed a bit confused by the whole experience. Solid 4.5 out of 5. Posted on April 8, 2015 |

★★★★★ This was a hole in the wall place but was an amazing Thai experience. The hosts were very nice and sincere and the food was really tasty. We had chicken satay, Sakina Fried Rice, Tomyum Soup, orange chicken and flat chicken noodles. Spring rolls were standard. Highly recommend them! Posted on April 3, 2015 |

★★★★☆ A hidden gem.Great food and good portions. It is in a small strip mall .The service was slow as the waiter got confused about the orders a few times but the quality of the food was great.Fresh ingredients and oh so delicious!!!will definitely go again if back in Vegas Posted on January 6, 2015 |

★★★★★ Best halal Thai food that I've had in a long time. My top choices in the US are Noodle (Dallas) and now Sakina (L. Vegas).
Service was fast and very customer friendly. We were dining with 2 little toddlers and even without asking they got us disposable plates and drinking cups. I usually have to ask for that in big chain restaurants and these guys new what we needed
We tried chicken orange (loved it), Pad Thai (good), Chow Men (not spicy great for kids), Papaya salad (good I wish it was spicier)
Only downside is ambience but you will be thankful when you see the bill. Very affordable for a Thai place that taste this good
Would love to go back if I were come back Posted on December 23, 2014 |

★★★★★ If I can give more than 5 stars, I WILL!! The food is SUPERB & flavorful. It tasted like a home cooked meal and I enjoyed the meal ALOT! Server was very friendly and provided prompt service. Met the owner of the place and she is a humble lady who cooks from the heart! For those who can't stand spicy food, a level 1 or 2 will be good. But if you want Thai hot, ask for a 4 or 5!! MUST VISIT!!! Posted on November 11, 2014 |

★★★★★ Visited Sakina on a recent work trip and alhamdulliah it was superb!!! We ordered Pad Thai chicken, Chicken Satay, and Red Curry and it was some of the best Thai food my wife and I have had anywhere in America. (we both love thai food). The food was hot and fresh, very flavorful, and the service was excellent. There is also a dedicated place within the restaurant area for salat!!!! Its so wonderful to see a zabihah halal place that offers more than the usual middle eastern and indian food. We loved Sakina and will certainly return inshallah on a future visit to Vegas. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!!!! Posted on November 6, 2014 |

★★★★★ The best authentic halaal Thai I've ever had. The owner is a muslim Thai lady who cooks the food herself. The restaurant was packed when we got there which always a good sign. We got the level 3 spice which was a tad spicy for us and would stick to level 2 next time. Prices very reasonable as well. Unfortunately we did not get a chance to go back before our visit to Vegas ended. Posted on September 2, 2014 |

★★★★★ I made sure to put this on my list of restaurants to visit while on my vacation to Las Vegas. It was one of the best restaurants I have been to in a long time. The location was not too far from the strip. The food was also very good, and the prices were reasonable. My only regret is not being able to visit it again while I was in Vegas. ★★★★★ By far the best halal food I have had in the US. Everything is halal and delicious. My kids who never eat beef couldn't get enough of the beef strips. Very clean, fast service, great food and decent prices. They also had a prayer corner! What more can you ask for? We came back to eat here everyday. Highly recommended. Posted on June 21, 2014 |

★★★★★ Salaam guys,
My husband and I were visiting for his jiu jitsu tournament and we were in a bit of predicament because we didn't think a place like Las Vegas would have much variety when it comes to 'halal food'. Luckily for us, Sakina Thai Cuisine was close to our hotel and during our stay we visited twice. The food is UH-AMAZING! The service is really good as well, staff are very friendly, especially the owner Sakina was very welcoming and friendly. We had the beef jerky style beef strips, green curry, garlic-pepper beef, Padang Curry w/ beef, Pad Ka Pow with chicken and thai iced tea which was very delicious. I definitely would recommend this restaurant to any one looking for great Thai food and you're in the area. I've eaten at many Thai restaurants and this place is at par or even better than those I have tried before. Sakina (the owner) is very friendly, I at the time had a cramped calf muscle and couldn't walk too far (our hotel was Palace Station which was a 15-20 minute walk) so we needed to take a taxi and like usual our taxi was late (but we were not complaining). Sakina had saw my husband and I waiting for our taxi and had offered us a ride back to the hotel (since she had closed down the restaurant), we were very grateful for immense generosity and urge anyone reading this post to please support this restaurant. We will definitely be coming for next year inshaAllah! Posted on June 15, 2014 |

★★★★★ Wow, what a nice atmosphere, with good people and great food. A little far from strip, but worth going it. When you are returning from this place, go to the old Las Vegas. I appreciate ma'am Sakina for her hospitability and lovely Thai food, especially that chicken satay with peanut sauce, and the price was normal too. Posted on June 13, 2014 |

★★★★★ I am a huge can of Thai food. Being from the San Francisco Bay Area there are many halal options. Finally there is one in Vegas and it did not disappoint. Went with the wife and we ordered the Satay Chicken, Pad Zee Ew and Tom Yum soup and all of it was excellent.
Sakina, the owner (who moved to from thailand a few years ago) came out and greeted us. It's a great place with a very warm environment. A must try! Posted on January 24, 2014 |

★★★★★ Was in town for a visit and came across this halal thai restaurant. There's a huge halal sign in front of the place. A friendly women greet us with salam when we entered the store. We had orange chicken which is amazingly delicious. The best we've ever had. It's not too sweet and not too orange. It's just nice. What's the best about this restaurant is that it provides a corner to pray. This is so convenient for visitors/travellers to perform prayer. May Allah bless the owner and workers of this restaurant. ★★★★★ Best Thai food i've ever eaten, comparing this to other major cities in US. The staff was very pleasant, courteous, restaurant was nice, clean. Food was outstanding, we tried the Tom yum soup with chicken, pad thai with chicken as well as Tofu, Fried Rice(sakina special) and Pad ka Prow. We liked everyone of them, planning to go there again & try the other dishes. If you are in Vegas, don't miss this one. Posted on December 8, 2013 |

★★★★★ Mashallah this bless is amazing! May Allah bless their business. I was not a big fan of thai food until I found this place. The cook and staff were all friendly and down to earth. The food is great and the atmosphere is peaceful. We kept coming back to this place all three days during our short stay in Vegas. This place even has a prayer area that you could use. We were told that this restaurant was open since Ramdan 2013. Our only surprise is that not enough of the locals have came to find out about this hidden gem of Las Vegas! Spread the word everyone! Let us is support good muslim businesses! Posted on October 11, 2013 |

★★★★★ My husband and I were visiting Las Vegas for 4 days and we discovered Sakina Thai Cousine on our second day there. We liked it so much that we ate there everyday for the rest of our stay. We tried different kinds of curries, tom yum soup, fish cakes, house salad, spring roll and stir fry. We loved it all and already miss this place! It's also very clean and has a place to offer prayers. The staff is very friendly and greets everyone with "Salamu Alaykum"! I wish they would open a franchise in my town. ★★★★★ My husband and I were looking for some good halal food. This place definitely hit the spot! They have 1 to 5 spice level. 2 was good for me. 3 for my husband. The portions, price and service are good. Clean place and nice staff!!! The owner is very sweet as well. We came yesterday for dinner and came again today. The basil fried rice is delish!! :) Posted on September 29, 2013 |

★★★★☆ Small but clean. When you enter the lady( sakina?) greets you with salams. The menus is well laid out. Their are 1-5 spice levels, 3 turned out good for me. Do not recall the name but tried mega rice chicken, well done. The chicken and beef dish i tried including the thick noodle was well done. Recommend decrease in the oil level or draining the food after preparation. The price tags are a bit more then the other halal choices around but the serving is proportionate. ★★★★★ This place was great my husband & I ate there. The owner came to the table & confirmed Halal status and showed us the certificate from Islamic Authority of NV on being Halal. The food was great & was in a great size portion for the price. We are glad that we now have a Halal Thai Restaurant to be able to eat at. Both the Cook & Owner came over to make sure everything was good. Very impressive. Posted on August 13, 2013 |

★★★★★ This place is awesome, Food is excellent and staff is really helpful. Portions of the food are really big and they can serve 3-4 people. Owner herself will come to your table and explain about the menu if you have any questions. Taste is definitely authentic and Tom yum soup was awesome. It was nice to eat at a HALAL Thai restaurant with authentic thai taste. Posted on August 3, 2013 |
