★★★★★ If you only care about food quality and don't care much about ambiance, service and other ancillary amenities then you'll like this place.
They make very few dishes such as biryani and kebobs but they make it right. Authentic, spicy and bursting with flavour Pakistani food at extremely reasonable prices!
Don't be fooled by the exterior which looks like a shop under renovation. Go in hungry and come out well fed. Posted on January 6, 2014 |

★★★★★ I enjoyed the kabob and naan. I would recommend for you to call in advance so your order is ready and you don't have to wait... Posted on November 3, 2013 |

★★★★☆ The Curries are Fantastic. The Spiciness and Flavor compliment each other perfectly. Also their Naan is pretty good and goes well with all the Curries. For $10 You get multiple Curries including Naan and Rice; which can feed 3-adults. The Tandoori Chicken was not all that great and was very disappointed, because it seems they did not use a Tandoor Oven, but rather a conventional oven to cook it. The Briyane (Rice) was Okay but good enough to eat with other dishes.
Yes This is a Hole-in-The-Wall Place, but that is besides the point. I suggest you order take-out. Posted on July 13, 2013 |

★☆☆☆☆ I went here because I was told the food was out standing, this was not the case. If it were maybe the other troubles would have been worth it.
The whole place is tiny and dirty, there are all of three tables in a row.
You definitely don't get what you order. You are 'supposed' to call an hour before coming to get your food apparently even if you e never even heard of it ever before. This is supposedly said 'everywhere' and you are shunned and treated rudely if you don't know this. Besides, you are treated rudely anyway.
Later you're also told that after you waited over an hour for your food, and get undercooked roti, was not even made freshly and was just heated. Most of the items we ordered we didn't even get.
The customer service was just really bad, the place was dirty, the people are rude, and it's not pleasant. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. Personally I wouldn't go there if I were paid to. Posted on April 9, 2012 |

★★★★☆ I go for Biryani at least couple of time a month. Chicken and goat biryani are the best. I never found better biryani than this in any other restaurant in US. Really large portions and spicy. Kababs are ok. When you order somethig e.g. naan or anything else, you have to wait atleast half an hour minimum. Better of calling in advance to order. They only have food available from late afternoon and onwards. They are only open Thursday- Sunday.
Only concern is about kitchen and hygiene, Kitchen looks dirty, they need to keep kitchen and the whole place more clean and hygienic. Also they need to have food ready by 11:00-11:30 AM, which is when lunch time starts, not at 2 PM.Seating is not good, we always takeout. Posted on February 15, 2012 |

★★★★★ This is the best Biryani I have had since living in California for over 10 years now!
Chicken Kabab was also excellent. Highly reccommened for both these dishes. Posted on February 13, 2012 |

★★★★★ I love the biryani from here and I wish they were closer. Mutton biryani is the best especially when it is fresh. make sure you 'reserve' your plte as they sell out. i also had the seekh kabab and nihari both of which were excellent. However, I always did takeaway from here. Posted on January 29, 2012 |

★★★★★ From outside it felt like the restaurant is closed. There was very small sign and the OPEN sign was not lit. But when I went inside it was a busy place with many people waiting for their order! Biryani and kabobs were awesome but naan wasn't that great. It's basically a takeout place but there are tables and chairs available for eat out with self service. Customer service was very friendly. ★★☆☆☆ The food ,from goat biryani to chicken karai , arguably one of the best in town. The price also is decent and reasonable. The service however is really bad. Rarely do u complain but the people there are not very professional. They lean more towards rude side. Posted on November 21, 2010 |

★★★★★ Pros: Have the best Biryani and Pulao in California... Really spicy and reminds me of eating biryani in Karachi..
Cons:Restaturant looks run down and only opens in the evening... since everything is fresh so they run out of food very quickly..
Well worth the 40 minutes of travel from OC Posted on October 5, 2010 |

★★★★★ Best biryani in Los Angeles. It's a takeout place, looks very rundown inside, but the owners and workers are quite nice. Great and inexpensive. Posted on August 22, 2010 |

★★★★☆ The store is kind of small but has a decent amount of halal products. Also has a decent amount of hot and fresh food made on the grill. Posted on October 4, 2009 |

★★★★★ This place serves THE BEST beef seekh kabobs you've ever tasted. Living in the OC, I drive over 35 miles just to get a taste. The naan and chutneys are great too! I haven't braved up enough to try anything else of theirs. Service is a bit slow, would recommend ordering ahead of time to avoid the wait. Cant say much about the decor, basically a run down market/food togo/restaurant type of place. But the quality of the kabobs makes up for all the shortcomings. Posted on May 8, 2009 |

★★★★☆ Small but nice place. Their Beef kabab are the best i have ever had and this is comming from someone who loves his food. They are prepared in a tandoor and served with fresh naan. they chutney i guesss completes the formula. i bet once you eat their kabaab you will definately come back for more. Also be prepared to wait half an hour. Monday and tuesday they are closed. best day to go i think would be friday after 6 p.m. Posted on March 19, 2009 |

★★★☆☆ Assalamu alaykum,
This is a small store, it has the essentials halal products. The service is always good and attentive. They sell some food after friday prayer, at Kind Fahad Masjid. Convenient for those who don't have time to pick up something to eat after Jummah prayer. Posted on January 19, 2006 |

★★★☆☆ slow service. cross between halal meat store and convenience store for regulars of the neighborhood. if you are only going for meat, ok. if you are going for groceries, try asia food. Posted on November 8, 2004 |
