★★★★★ Best food. Excellent food taste and their mint is just awesome haven't had anything better then their mint tea yet and very reasonable price. Posted on June 14, 2015 |

★★★☆☆ went their with my friends and they took forever to bring the food... they kept bringing bread and humus (without us asking for it) only to charge it at the very end. Took more than half an hour to bring the food, server promised to take care of us for the delay at the end and he didn't. Food quality is good but is expensive. Decor is nice. ★★★☆☆ It was good, not very good. Decor inside is good. Food was good. Worth the price but not somewhere I would love to go far for. Posted on June 12, 2014 |

★★★★☆ always been a nice place to go to. Posted on March 14, 2014 |

★★★☆☆ We like this place, mainly because its next to the Irving Masjid. They assured us the meat was zabihah halal. Nice ambiance, good service and good morrocan/mediterranean dishes.I recommend lamb tangier and lentil soup. Posted on November 16, 2013 |

★★★★★ A friend invited me to dinner here tonight. We had the lamb with couscous & chicken kabob with basmati rice. Both dishes were well prepared and tasty and the portions were big. We went to the Irving masjid the returned for tea and got talking without realizing that it was getting late. Brother Saad did not once ask us to leave. When we did realize that we had stayed a whole hour after closing and apologized he just smiled and said it was Ok. Posted on November 3, 2013 |

★★★★★ UPDATE
September 2013: The buffet in ramadan is EXCELENT!! I liked everything from the hummus to the tagines. Customer service during this time is horrible though. The waiters are running around like headless chickens because its so busy.
Aug 2012: The bastella is horrible and I couldn't stomach the sweet dish with chicken inside but I force my wife to finish it cuz it cost $13. The kefta kabab plate and chicken kabab was very tender and delicious. I also liked the lentil soup.
July 2012:
Had the couscous with chicken and hummus. The food was not bad. Will definitely try it again. Posted on October 15, 2013 |

★★★★★ One of my favorite zabihah restaurants, I have been going their for years. I always order the Harrira soup and Chicken shawarama, the on afterwards the mint tea. Which is very good and calming. I have also tried the kufta and rice and kabob. Nice clean place and friendly staff. Secluded location as well. Posted on January 14, 2013 |

★★★★★ Nice place to eat. A bit pricy but worth to take family. Also next to Irving Masjid Posted on April 10, 2012 |

★★★★☆ Had dinner there during my trip to Dallas area, location is really good, 10 min from the airport, 5 min from the Irving masjid.
Food is excellent, dishes are from Morocco kitchen, which I like, I had couscous w/ lamb and vegtables, really good, had the mint hot tea, liked that one as well. prices are very reasonable, service is average, smiley faces but they don't ask you how is the food or if you need something else. I'll definitely go there again when visiting the area Posted on December 12, 2011 |

★★★★☆ The food in this place is 10 times better than any of the other Halal restaurants in the area. The dining area is clean and well maintained and the dish quality is great.
They just need to improve the service a little and add a little variety to the menu and this place would be a 5 star. Posted on June 18, 2011 |

★★★★★ One of the better zabihah restaurants in irving. All their tangier dishes are very good. Prices are reasonable and portions are nice. Posted on July 21, 2010 |

★★★★☆ Chicken Tagine is the best. Not much on the Menu like other Moroccan places but i just go there for Chicken Tagine and mint Tea. Posted on January 1, 2010 |

★★★☆☆ Just ate there this past weekend. It is Moroccan food. Menu did not have a lot of variety. We ordered a lamb kabob and chicken kabob plates as well as shawarma. Shawarma was not great and it was chicken. The chicken kabobs were very good. The lamb kabob was not that good.
Overall, would not go there again. Price was about average around $11 to $12 a plate.
The service was not that good - the person who helped us would disappear for long periods of time. Posted on October 26, 2009 |

★★★★☆ For having driven past it numerous times on the way to or from Irving Masjid, I never once was tempted to stop. It doesn't exactly seem quite appealing from the outside.
And the first time I went in, every misconception I had was quickly forgotten! The place has a very nice decor. Clean, and as bland as it is on the outside, it's just as full of life on the inside.
We sat in what appeared to be half a tent like structure with a LARGE table in the middle, and arabesque couches lined against the wall. Very comfortable.
The food was great, but not excellent. I do recall tasting the lentil soup, and though it was pretty good. The mixed platter was good as well.
I would reccommend it, give it one and a half thumbs up! Posted on July 1, 2009 |

★☆☆☆☆ Beware! Their food is not halal.
Here is my conversation with saad.
When you ask them if the meat is zabihah, they will give you very vague answer that will not satisfy you. Usually they say "I was not at the place where the animal was slaughtered". But upon asking where do they buy meat from, I got answer fortunately that they buy from American Store, not zabihah store.
The worst thing is, they sell shawarma after jumma salah at Irving masjid where atleast 5000 people pray jumma. Posted on February 7, 2008 |

★★★★☆ Above average Morocan restaurant. WARNING!! not all food items are Zabiha Halal. Most of the chicken breast items are not halal. Chicken leg / tigh items come from local trusted supplier and rest comes from New Zealand Zabiha. Food was very tasty. Service was above average. Prices were good. Posted on September 6, 2007 |

★☆☆☆☆ Food was not good at all, chicken smelled funny, service was slow, taste was nothing close to what I experienced earlier at this place. Waste of time and money. Posted on March 10, 2007 |

★★★★★ During our first week in Dallas, we found this restaurant by mistake on a Sunday evening, looking for some middle eastern restaurants. It was a good mistake, as we found the Kasbah staff specially Saad very friendly. Food was very delicious from their soup to shawarma's to main entrees. Price are very reasonable and service is great. Place is clean, always lots of parking and very close to the freeway. After our first Visit, we requested the webmaster that they must add them to this website. Posted on February 11, 2007 |

★★★★★ Kasbah is one of those rare restaurants which satisfy. I have been a customer of this establishment for over a year and want to give witness to the high ethics of those employed there. The ambiance is peaceful; the food is perfection, and the staff creates a sense of community without intruding upon those dinning. Their Harira soup is thick with broth, lentils, meat, and vegetables. The royal cous cous is obviously fretted over by the chef; the lamb melts off onto the bed of carefully displayed vegetables. The food is halal, and I hope the owner will consider opening a branch near the Mosque in Richardson. Ench Allah Posted on December 30, 2006 |

★★★★★ brother kashs, i work at kasbah grill and our food is 100% halal(if you know what halal means)-ma dokira ismo allah 3alayh-...so stop spreading propaganda...also the chef always makes sure that ALL the products that he cooks with are halal...so please brother, know what you say before you say it, otherwise it counts against you...may god forgive you...salam Posted on December 25, 2006 |

★★★★★ This is the very best Middle Eastern restaurant in town. Their lamb tagine is excellent and is my personal favorite. I would ignore kashs review. If you want to know if this place is halal or not, go to the store and ask the owner in person. Don't just call on the phone and talk to any person and take their word for it. And what kind of Muslim would take their brother to a secular court and sue them over this issue? Brother kashs... please have some mercy and patience with your Muslim brothers. ★☆☆☆☆ This is NOT a 100% Zabihah Halal restaurant. I called them, and the guy admitted that he can not say for sure if everything is Zabihah Halal. I'm extremely disappointed with establishments like these that display halal signs, but do not offer 100% halal food. The owners need to understand that Texas statutes protect us, the consumers, against businesses knowingly lying about the halal status. Perhaps one of these places need to be sued before they can get their act together. So beware, this place is NOT halal Posted on December 8, 2006 |

★★★★★ This restaurant was fantastic! We had the koobideh and chicken kabab platters. Both were excellent. Try the chicken shawarma also (which was also excellent). The owner and chef were both very nice and friendly. Clean restaurant, tasty food, friendly owner. What more do you want? This place is right next to a very large Masjid.
