Pamir's traditional touch is sustained with Afghani artefacts and paintings in the dining room. Patrons can have meals in the traditional style, sitting on a persian carpet on stage or on more conventional dining tables in the main seating area. Baryalai Rahimi, the owner has operated the restaurant for 7 years now, but has 20 years experience in the food industry. The Chef, Fazal, has 18 years experience and has worked in Afghanistan. Clients can select from as many as 40 varieties. Specialities include maantu and sheesh kebabs and the owner prides himself on fresh products.
