NR Went for carryout but didn't inspect the food until I came home. Had the chicken dum biryani and gyro. Gyro was interesting, not bad. The biryani however, was terrible. The chicken itself was black and smelled like it had gone bad a day or two ago. Had to dispose of it as it was inedible. Posted on November 6, 2015 |

★★★★★ Own of this place it from Hyderabad, India. Amazing Biryani, Haleem, Chops, Tandoori Chicken, Double ka Metha and service is also exceptional. It feels as if you are in hyderabad when you enter with pictures of Mouzamjahi Market, Charminar, Falaknuma place etc. Prices are very reasonable too. They get meat from Halalco which is 100% reliable. Posted on September 5, 2015 |

★★★★★ My first time to this eatery and hands down best halal Indian joint. Had their biryani, chicken 65, chops, Hakeem and double ka mitta. Glad we tried this place, multiple options for the entire family. Definite hot spot Posted on October 31, 2014 |

★★☆☆☆ After soo many recommendations from friends and family on my way back to NY from DC. I went to this restaurant. The service is not that good. I had to wait for more than an hour for my food. The food was just fine.. They had a communication problem with their staff. They need to work on their service. Posted on August 1, 2014 |

NR We went there for eid as a family and the service was horrible. We ordered 5 kabob dishes that is supposed to come with a veggie, rice, bread, and salad. We only got three rice dishes and 4 veggies and three orders of bread. The order took a while so my brother asked for his tandoori chicken to go. They forgot to pack it to go. When I asked if they could make his order to go they gave him a dish with just the chicken. They left out the bread, salad, rice, and veggies which is unacceptable. What made it worse was the whole time we w Posted on July 29, 2014 |

★★★★★ Tried this place with my wife last night, it's a nice restaurant. The food was great we tried their lamb kabob which tasted great and their chicken tandoori which was also great. They also gave us a large sample of their Haleem to try which was excellent. I also liked the fact that their food wasn't too spicy like other Indian places. Posted on July 23, 2014 |

★★★★☆ The owner is from Hyderabad India, which is a city famous for it’s Biryani and Haleem. This is the primary reason that enticed me towards this restaurant. I have visited this restaurant 5 times and both the quality and quantity has been consistent at all the times. I highly recommend their Chicken Biryani, Haleem, Apollo fish and Kubani/Double ka Meetha. Their Kabobs and pretty good too, the owner mentioned that they use a charcoal grill. Fair warning: If you are a kadai fan, then their kadai is different from other restaurants.
Ambience is very clean and the employees are very friendly and professional. Prices are competitive to other restaurants. It definitely has a signature taste in its food especially biryani and haleem. People of Indian origin will find the food to be home made. Since the restaurant is relatively new, I will revisit my review in couple of months. But overall, definitely worth a visit
The owner is a muslim and confirmed that the meat is hand cut, halal. Posted on July 2, 2014 |

NR I was travelling to the DC area and looked up this place thru Zabihah.com. Returned for the next 3 days I was there. The best Hyderabadi biryani I have eaten in a restaurant (being a Hyderabadi, I should know) and the Manchurian chicken and Qubani Ka Metha was really nice. Cant wait for my travels to take me to that area again. Worth the drive for folks in Bethesda and Rocky Hill. Posted on June 20, 2014 |

★☆☆☆☆ Tried to come for dinner and place is fullat 8pm.. great!! But does are locked and no one eating inside would let us in. Sign clearly says open until 10pm. Phones unanswered. Even the employees ignored us standing outside when we knocked on the door. Another patron said this is the 2nd time this has happened to them! Guess you really don't want to stay open! ★★★★★ The place for Real Hyderabadi food. Had Dum Biryani, Chicken Wrap, Butter Chicken Masala, Chicken Manchurian, Ice Cream and Indian Tea. All were very tatseful, mouthw atering and in the end was yearning for more. Hope the restaurant maintains the same taste and quality. The mixed vegetable dish didn't measure up to the expectations.
Couple of suggestion. They should add Salad combination and should improve the veggie selections with some taste and quality. Posted on May 31, 2014 |
