★☆☆☆☆ We went thinking this establishment was Zabihah halal, the owner who is no longer Mr. Yasin is someone named Roman who is not Muslim. The owner could not provide a halal certificate and seems to be using the old halal certificate when it was Muslim owned when asked by others. The owner says the meat is zabihah and gets it from Restaurant Depot but they also sell non-halal meat there and cannot be officially verified by either us or the owner. Would avoid the atmosphere is very greasy but the service seems good. Posted on August 21, 2015 |

★☆☆☆☆ We asked the owner about the Zabihah status of the meat and the answer lacked confidence. Upon further querying, The said The owner sold it to another person. They are still using Halal certificate but i Doubt the meat is Halal. The food was OK. Not going back there again. Posted on December 6, 2014 |

★★☆☆☆ Felt a little suspect going in when we asked if zabihah. The guy first said no but his co-worker pointed to the halal/zabihah symbol on the front of the menu. This is the only place it is located. We ate there and the food was okay. The place seem a little grimy to us. The high chair for our son had tons of food caked in it. Overall, we were not impress with the taste of the food nor the cleanliness of the place. Prior to paying the bill, my husband and I said we would not return. Posted on October 4, 2014 |

★★★★☆ The beef dishes are really great, but not a huge fan of the chicken dishes. They deliver to my area so it's nice when I want something besides Pizza but don't want to leave the house. Posted on July 22, 2014 |

★★★★★ Tonight i was having dinner with my family. They have the best zabiha halal dishes. I didnt believe it was halal, until a gentlemen named victor proved me by showing his halal certificate which made me happier. Yall should try this place, is the best. Posted on November 6, 2013 |

★★★★☆ This place is located in the strip mall at the North east intersection of Jupiter and Arapaho behind the QT Gas Station. The restaurant is new and clean with lots of decent sitting area.
The food is inconsistent from excellent to bad. The soup serving size is small and the quality is acceptable. The Chinese dishes are generally good and the serving size is also reasonable. We did not like the Lemon Chicken because it looked, smelled and tasted bad. Sushi was not good but I'd not call it bad either.
The service needs improvement. Forks could have been cleaner and the dishes a bit more drier. Although we had ordered Jalapeno Beef, they brought us Jalapeno chicken. Realizing the mistake, the owner apologized and replaced it with Jalapeno Beef dish. The owner, Mr. Yasin from Bangladesh, is very friendly and courteous and tries to please the customers. But when he is not around, the service is not that good either. Posted on March 23, 2012 |

★★★★★ Great tasting Chinese food. It was fresh and good size portion. We had chicken chow mien, and general tso chicken. Both items were good. We will be back inshAllah, and recommending this place to family and friends. Staff/owners were also friendly.

★★★★★ GREAT FOOD and FRIENDLY PROMPT SERVICE
very nice family atmosphere
...we wanted to try a new restaurant and found out about this Xinxian from zabihah.com...and we were very happy to have made the choice.
Location convenient with LOTS of parking space.
very positive and welcoming response on the phone when we called them before going there.
When we got there we received courteous and smiling welcome.
they talked to us in friendly and helpful manner
we ordered xinxian platter for appetizer and the tom kha soup both were simply delicious. the platter had plenty of appetizers variety.
we also ordered jalapeno chicken, brocolli chicken and shrimps, kung pow chicken, one dinner combo of beef and chicken.....all were big servings and mouth watering....YUMMY!
they told us the name of the zabiha meat shop where they got their meat n chicken...so that was satisfying.
NEXT TIME we will go inshaallah and we will try their duck and whole fish... Posted on March 4, 2012 |

★☆☆☆☆ Tried tempura shrimps, tasteless, waste of money. Water smelled of bleach. Ordered sesame chicken, it was too sweet. Fried rice that came with sesame chicken were of strange taste. Prawn fried rice was ok but it seems prawns were almost raw. Only enjoyed sprite. Total waste of money. Service was fine. Posted on January 25, 2012 |

★★★★☆ Food is good but not great. We ordered General Tso's chicken which was good. Spicy beef was not spicy but was good. Chicken Chwo mein had very little chicken and too much onions on it.
The service was very good. Posted on January 8, 2012 |

★★★★★ we went here yesterday for lunch. This place is PURE Chinese and not the indo-chinese that you usually find in DFW. The food was excellent! We all had lunch specials (6.95 per person) and they came with the entree, soup, and an egg roll. The mongolian beef and general tsao's chicken were amazing! If you are in the Garland area, I highly recommend that you come to this place. Posted on January 1, 2012 |

★★★★☆ Good food. Not the best Chinese I've had, but planning on going there again inshallah. Got my order to go and took about 10 min for three dishes. Good sized portions and tasty food. I would recommend going there. Posted on December 30, 2011 |

★★★☆☆ This is an average to lower than average quality joint by regular Chinese food standards. Hot-n-sour soup definitely VERY sour. Spring rolls soaked in oil. None of the dishes we tasted were great -- they were just about OK. Donno how this place is rated so highly -- it clearly indicates that the quality of other zabiha restaurants is not that great. ★★★★☆ The eggrolls were great! I had the orange chicken, and my sister tried the General Tso's chicken. Both were yummy! So glad to have a great chinese place down the road that is zabihah! The prices are VERY reasonable.
The place was clean...I think our waitress was a first timer....Just be patient, the poor girl is trying. And the owner is almost always at the front counter and very nice. We got our food pretty quickly and they had a couple of tv's mounted up so when I got tired of looking at my sister's face I could watch a movie above. ;-) Posted on December 7, 2011 |

★★★★★ FINALLY !!! a Halal, AUTHENTIC chinese restaurant (i.e. NOT Indian-ized/Pakistanized Chinese food) in the Richardson area. My first time there today. Owner is a Muslim from Bangladesh and very courteous. We got take-out. Tried the Chicken Lowmein, Chicken fried rice, Gen Tsao Chicken and Mongolian Delight (beef). All very good and, again, authentic chinese. Servings were large and appropriate for the price.
-- Lots of parking as it is in a large strip mall.
InshaAllah, I will be returning here soon. A great addition to the Dallas Halal food scene. Posted on November 22, 2011 |

★★★★★ We went there to try out this new place and tried chicken lomein, egg drop, hot-sour and chicken cream corn soup. We really liked chicken lomein (ask server to make it spicy if you like spicy food). Chicken cream corn soup was also pretty good then egg-drop, we didn't like hot-sour may be because it was too sour. The owner was very anxious about our feedback so we provided and he told us that he will talk to chef regarding hot-sour. Very clean place and courteous staff, I would definitely recommend this new place and will go back and try other items in the menu as well :) Posted on November 17, 2011 |
