NR If I am not mistaken, this restaurant is unfortunately already closed. I will try to confirm the next time I drive by the plaza, which suffered the loss of several large stores, resulting in a drop in customers. Posted on February 16, 2013 |

★★☆☆☆ I feel REALLY REALLY REALLY bad giving these guys a bad review. I really dont want to. I will tell you this, The Lamajun (trkish meat pizza) IS DLEICIOUS! very good! however everything else is very mediocre. My pops had a chicken kabob and well, it wasnt all that great. I had a Iskender kabob, and IT WAS NOTHING LIKE A REAL ISKENDER! haha they used pizza sauce. but really im not joking, this place has great atmosphere and its great for white people who dont know about this food but its not really up to par with other turkish cuisine out there. Sadly. Its also pretty overpriced. I pray Allah guides the owners and gives them Hikmah (wisdom) to start cooking up something better and give us something good to eat. Posted on May 8, 2008 |

★★☆☆☆ Yes I concur, the pple were friendly but the price did not justify the amount of meat they dole out. I ordered the Gyro and hardly had any meat and my fries were not done. Posted on April 23, 2007 |

★★★★☆ The Gyro is really tasty, so is the simit. I thought it was a little expensive, but the food is quality. Posted on January 22, 2007 |

★★★★☆ I went to this place last Friday night and had a great experience. Really friendly staff, well prepared and presented food, and a great eating area. It's very nice looking and clean. I thought the food was alright though, not the best. I'll try out other dishes and let you know what I think. I got the gyro meat and other meat combination over rice. Posted on October 10, 2006 |

★☆☆☆☆ I went to this place with my wife in January 2006. We ordered the kafta kabob and some other meat dish that I can't remember now. Both of these dishes were not good. My wife and I have lots of experience eating Turkish food and we love it, but this place was a big dissapointment. The dining area was ok, but our tables were not clean. We boought some cookies and other items from the grocery part of the store, again we were dissapointed. All in all, thumbs down, I would NOT recommend this place. Posted on August 28, 2006 |

★★★★★ They have the most delicious kabobs I ever taste in US. Especially Adana kabob and Doner (real gyro Turkish Style- ) .And also 100% halal and with inexpensive prices. They are very kind and friendly. The restrooms are extremely clean. +++AAA service. Posted on June 5, 2006 |

★★★★★ Alhamdullilah, the food is great! I went with a group of seven people and each one of us had a different meal, and each one of us was extremely pleased! The meat items were cooked to perfection and very savory. My husband and I will definitely frequent Simit again inshAllah. Posted on December 31, 2005 |

★★★★☆ The food was great but the staff was even better. Very nice people. Posted on August 21, 2005 |

★★★★☆ Biggest plus is that the food is zabihah. The owners are turkish and that fact is reflected in the type of food that is offered. American's don't often get to order things like doner kebabs which these guys do. The taste is good, but I have to say the price is a little on the high side for what you get. Still I would recommend this establishment. Posted on December 28, 2004 |

★★★★★ The food is good, and the grocery item selection is very similar to a bakkal in Turkey. I recommend it. Posted on November 8, 2004 |

★★★★☆ "Extremely nice, family run Turkish grocery/restaurant. The staff is very amiable and eager to please. The food is good and so are the prices. The ""Simit"" that the store is named after, is a bagel-like treat made with sesame seeds; it has a light peanutty taste that is great alone or with most pasta dishes (my father won't let me come home unless I bring him a bag full of Simits!)."
