★☆☆☆☆ It’s one thing to be pricy and make up with good taste but this place is pricy with bad taste. I don’t know if the cook has changed or what, the Biryani didn’t even taste like Biryani and there was not a single good size piece of chicken in there. It looks like I got the leftovers with barely visible pieces of chicken with rice. The Nihari as someone else have mentioned, is just spicy water. Posted on October 19, 2014 |

NR Worst experience i've ever had. Bad food, rude customer service. I wonder why the old lady serving was so pissed off ?!?! Posted on August 13, 2013 |

★★★★☆ Recently we visit family to Everett, WA and our friends invite us to Usmania Restaurant. I like the food and I must say something pervious review by jwdkhan, please before you review think twice if you go to desi restaurant $11.50 for Mutton Biryani is average and most place serve for one person to feed not for the whole family. ★☆☆☆☆ Please read recent reviews before visiting - expensive and extremely poor customer service! We drove 40 mins to reach the place and ordered lamb biryani and chicken tandoori. The biryani portion was very small considering it was for $11.50. I asked if that was the standard to which I got a fast reply that each portion was to feed one person, not a family. After this both gentlemen at the counter continued counting their earnings from the entire day, never tending to us even once - as if we wern't even there. The food was not worth the price or drive and definitely not worth the service. What a shame. Posted on July 19, 2012 |

★★★★★ Visited this place for the first time and found their food to be very good. Got chicken boti and naan. Their naan was one of the best I've had. Definately will be back. Posted on November 17, 2011 |

★★★★☆ The food here is very good, the chef definitely stands out compared to the average Indian/Pakistani restaurant which uses shan masala for all their dishes. the only downside is the price. The food is very expensive and the portions are not that great. Posted on March 30, 2011 |

★★☆☆☆ We got Nihari, which was like spicy water. Seekh Kabob is not pakistani/indian style at all, it was tasteless. Customer service is quite awful at this place. Posted on November 1, 2010 |

★★☆☆☆ I did not have a good experience. We were the only ones in the restaurant and my son, who has special needs was crying and I was trying to calm him down at which point one of the owners came to us and said that "you need to control your kid". I told him that he had special needs but instead I was yelled at. When I requested that we get our money back (since the food had not come yet), I was told that I would not get my money back and instead I can take the food to go (the food was not ready yet) and we decided to leave. I cried alot, being the mother of a child that has special needs and then to be treated this way. My husband, who never cries, also cried in the car and we drove our way back. My suggestion is that this is not a friendly place for kids with special needs or any kid that is crying. Posted on May 8, 2010 |

★★★☆☆ I read reviews about the restaurant but thought I should give it a try. First of all it took a while to find that restaurant. Second it was very pricey. The decor was nice but in order to bring more traffic prices have to be lowered. I drove for about one hour to try the food which I regret afterwards. I won't recommend this place unless you are close by and you have no other Halal place to go. Posted on July 13, 2009 |

I would never visit this resturant again and will not recommend any one . Posted on July 14, 2006 |

★★★★★ This is by far the best Pakistani restaurant in the Seattle area! Freshly baked-tandoori naan and very friendly service from the owner & his family made it a wonderful experience. We will definitely visit again. I strongly recommend the Chicken Mango curry. Posted on February 4, 2006 |

★★★★★ Excellent falafel, hummus and baklava. All desserts and nan are baked here, making them fresh & tasty. The owner and his family were super. A young man wearing a white shirt and bow tie was courteous, quick, and friendly. Highly, highly recommended! Posted on November 21, 2005 |

★★★★★ They've moved to:
13416 Bothell-Everett Highway, Suite 203.
Everett, WA
New phone number: 425-379-0203
Just came back from the new place, and it was AWESOME mashAllah. First time I've felt like being served 'chef' level pakistani food. We ended up eating more than we should have. Posted on September 18, 2005 |

★★★☆☆ Small environment, nice food. Pakistani food (if you do not like hot sauce, do not go to this place). Average restaurant. Posted on July 22, 2005 |

★★★★☆ Please note that this place does not open till 4pm on Fridays. Tried to pick some from here after Friday Prayers, wasted my trip. Met the owner at the Umar Farooq mosque, seemed like someone who can be trusted. Posted on April 23, 2005 |

★★★★★ This place ROCKS! The owner is actually a seasoned, educated world-reknown chef. Take the time to visit this small but warm and friendly place. Come as you are! Posted on November 28, 2004 |

★★★★★ I am writing this after more than two years. I dined again with my family and friends on October 12th and found the food and service as goodas before. The ambience have improved a lot. We are so proud to have a Chef cum owner like Quereshi Sahab in Seattle. I recommend any one to visit this place with family and friends. The Chicken Karahi was ultimate. The portion was big enough for two people and the spicy gravy and seasoning were excellent. The lamb boti kabobs and chicken boti kabobs were out of this world. Posted on October 21, 2004 |

★★★★☆ The food is pretty good, especially the Samosas. However, they tasted a little different each time so be patient! Prices seem to be going up, too. Posted on September 12, 2004 |

★★★★★ Chappli Kababs & Naan are just like Peshawer and Landi Kotl, Tandori Chicken is sumptuous spicey and a meal and a half, Chicken Boti is exquisite, Lamb and Beef Kabob with Basmati Rice are unique and tasty, and the Kulfi Malai tops off a hearty Meal. Posted on January 18, 2004 |

★★★☆☆ I was in Washington a few weeks back and found this restaurant in a add at Residence Inn Hotel, The food is OK I did go there multiple times, stick with all the desi items, all other Items like gyros etc.. are not worth tasting. Posted on September 30, 2002 |

★★★★★ Since I have visited few months before this place has become my regular eating out place, sometimes, even with my family. The only minus point is the ambience but who cares when the food is so good. The owner is also a very reputed and many award winning chef. He takes personal care of the guests and food he serves. The best kabab roll, humus, baba ghanouz and chicken karahi or Lamb karahi, your money can buy. The Kulfi Malai is excellent; often reminds me my childhood days in India. Posted on June 19, 2002 |

|
★★★☆☆ The owner always come to check things out and be friendly. However, the food on that day, 18 Feb 2002, is a bit salty but the naan (bread) is nice. Posted on February 19, 2002 |
