★☆☆☆☆ I've been going to Mama Donair every time I go to the mall. The first two beef donairs I had we're good but definitely not like Prime Time donair. My third experience I had a chicken shawarma and it was extremely dry. It had a burnt taste toot that made it highly unenjoyable.
My last experience was atrocious to say the least. I had the Shish Kabob it was probably the most disgusting thing I have ever put in my mouth. The few bites I forced myself to eat tasted simply UNSANITARY! The meat was OLD, DEHYDRATED, BLAND AND TOUGH.
I would not feed that wrap to even a dog. It was GROSS.
Stick to something safe like Subway when looking for halal meal at the mall. Posted on November 17, 2012 |

★★★☆☆ I tried their chicken platter, their new york steak, chicken strips, and their chicken donair. The former two have an option of either fries or rice. As for the chicken platter, I would say it was the best of adult meals we tried. The chicken was moist and tender, and tasted pretty good (a little on the thin side though). As for the new york steak, don't get fooled by the picture. They were thin slices of steak meat (two of them) that were pretty dry - and no real flavour or even sauce given to use.
The chicken donair was extremely dry, and the added sauce wasn't noticeable. I would ask them to double the amount they put. The chicken strips we got for the kids were pretty good; four strips of chicken (good sizes) with fries and caesar salad.
The cashier we had when we went was not the friendliest either - in fact we found her kind of rude towards others (not ourselves). I would only return if I'm in the mall and looking for something to eat, but wouldn't go out of my way just to go there. Posted on September 17, 2011 |

★★☆☆☆ These guys should not sell ordinary wraps as donairs. The donair meat does not even remotely taste like the real thing. The name of business is misleading. Please do not get taken in by "DONAIR Posted on December 12, 2009 |
