★★☆☆☆ The first couple of times we went there, the food was ok. We mainly went because of the halal chicken. The last time we went there, one of our burgers had mold on the bread. The lettuce was brown in all of the burgers and there was a bitter after taste to the food. We won't be going back. Posted on November 11, 2012 |

★★★★☆ Fritou is definitely a great place to eat the chicken was crispy and outstanding, although it takes quite a while to prepare so the best advise is to call, order in advance. The food preparative time is well worth it in addition to the excellent customer service and restaurant cleanliness. Most importantly the chicken was not filled of grease remaining edible unlike other fast food joints that contain a grease filled after taste in the food. It was a pleasant experience all in all to have a meal at Fritou. Posted on April 6, 2012 |

★★☆☆☆ This place used to be good before but my last 3 or 4 experiences with them have been a big turn off. I ordered spicy chicken sandwich as take out and when open the wrapper at home, no chicken, just bun and lettuce. Last time ordered grilled chicken sandwich and they microwaved a chicken piece and put it in the sandwich. Tasted like I was eating chicken from 5 days ago. Posted on April 30, 2011 |

★★★☆☆ Took the family there and tried both their fried chicken and their popcorn chicken. Fried chicken was ok - nothing to write home about. Gravy with it was pretty good. The popcorn chicken (which I ordered for the kids) was too spicy/hot - so they could not eat it. I was only able to eat it by soaking it in plum sauce. The fried chicken (which was supposed to be western) was also hot, but it wasn't too bad. Kids could eat it if I took the skin off. I guess they cater to a more Indo/Pakistani type community. The restaurant was nice and clean, but it took 20 minutes to get the food. And the people who came after us also had to wait 20 minutes to get their food. So for a fast food joint, it's not very fast. Maybe during busier times they have a ready supply. I would try them again, but next time I will order ahead of time, and request specific pieces of chicken (we got too many wings and bone pieces in our family pack). Posted on August 5, 2010 |
