Fritou Fried Chicken & Pizza |
|
216 Saddletowne Circle NE, Calgary, AB T3J 0H5
Fritou Fried Chicken & Pizza serves fried chicken, wings, pizza and hamburgers. We at Fritiou go to great lengths to make sure you have the finest product possible. Each individual piece of chicken is hand trimmed to remove all excess fat. We slow marinate our chicken so it's tender & juicy. Each piece is hand breaded with our thin crisp breading, in your choice of 3 flavors (regular, western or spicy). The chicken is fried in Sunflower Frymax ZT oil with zero cholesterol and zero saturated fats in our patented 'HALO' fryers. Our unique system lets us filter the oil several times a day to remove impurities, so we're always using the best quality oil. Added on February 2, 2008 and last updated 10 years ago

★★★★★ We attended this location for a quick meal. Super friendly staff very clean and very delicious. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for lunch or dinner. You’ll prob come back. I’ve heard one their sauces is exclusive to his location and it’s the perfect taste of blends. Highly recommend this location I looked for other Fritou’s but they’ve said this is the only location with the sauce Posted on October 28, 2018 |

★☆☆☆☆ Go here if you want to be insulted. The owner is extremely rude and disrespectful! We went there with a Buy 1 Get 1 free pizza coupon which he refused to accept and threw us out of the line. And then spent 15 minutes trying to make us look like fools! And then they gave us the wrong pizza because the cashier got the order wrong! Somebody give them customer service training. Avoid at all costs. There are much better fried chicken and pizza places out there. Posted on February 25, 2016 |

★★★★★ This is the best Fried Chicken in town which is not too greasy nor too dry. Pizza is very good too.
Never tried the chinese food. Place is too busy most of the times so, ordering ahead over the phone helps the situation. Posted on August 6, 2012 |

★★★☆☆ They have pretty good chicken burgers and popcorn chicken. I wish they would make chicken patties from minced meat rather than a whole breast of chicken...makes it a little dry. Prices are reasonable and it's best to order ahead and then pick up Posted on May 13, 2012 |

★☆☆☆☆ Tried Chicken Chowmien, it was OK, bit pricy but where is the chicken??? There were all noodles but hardly any chicken in it.
Sevice was terrible - the person that took my order was not friendly and had an attitude. Posted on September 3, 2010 |

★★★☆☆ Owners are Muslim and advertising identifies food as halal. I also saw chicken being unloaded from a delivery van with halal meat shop`s sign on the side.
Service is a bit slow.
Fried spicy chicken wings are excellent. Other chicken (skin on) and pizza not so good. Posted on December 24, 2008 |

★★★★☆ Service wasn't too bad, it seems that it's a family run business with the kids handling the front of the house. Overall, I was pretty impressed with this place. It was quite busy while I was there. I ordered the pizza, which was really good, and a chicken burger and fries, which were really tasty. I would go back! Actually, I am going back, tonight! People say it is expensive but I think they are not to expensive and not to cheap either... Not a place where you can sit and eat with your family ... Posted on June 6, 2008 |
