HALAL SUMMARY
The staff of this restaurant has verbally confirmed halal status. From the owner: 'We do sell 100% halal'
★★★★☆ highlights of this restaurant
1. clean place
2. enough parking
3. good and fresh food
low lights
1. have to wait in line for long
2. They give you too much meat.
3. Noticed couple of time, food was over cooked
But anyways this is good place to visit, I used to get gyro from cart on baltimore street. now I started going to this place since there is lot of parking and food is more fresh and cook in front of you Posted on August 7, 2014
★★★★☆ The gyros are huge and have a ton of flavor. I go as often as I can. Huge menu but I stick with the gyro.
Went there on a Wednesday and got the buy one gyro get one free (so nice of them)..The Gyros were full size gyros and very good!
Highly recommend them!
Only low point is they get very slow and some time line gets long too. Posted on July 31, 2014
★★★★★ One of the best late night food in any city.
It is a must stop for anyone traveling near the area. The mixed plate is to die for, especially on a hungry late night stomach.
Make sure to put lots of the white sauce on your plate, but watch out for the red sauce as it can get pretty spicy.
The best part of the place is that is only $6 and you will get very full from one plate! Posted on July 30, 2014
★★★★☆ Researched the Yelp reviews and decided we had to try it before we left in the morning. Got in line around 12:45am on a Friday night / Saturday morning. Line moved quick. Handed over $6 cash and ordered the "mix" of chicken and gyro over rice. Shared it with my dad since we were not very hungry. PLENTY of food for the both of us.
I preferred the gyro meat over the chicken. Used the recommended "white sauce" and it all tasted awesome. If you are hungry and don't have a bunch of $$$in your pocket, this is a can't miss especially if you are visiting from out of town. Posted on July 30, 2014
★★★★★ wonderful Food... very friendly staff... guy who was making gyro platters was very friendly.
They also give you free can of soda and plenty of parking. plenty of food which was enough for me for lunch and dinner. would try it again. Would love to go there again and again. Posted on July 24, 2014
★★★★★ I was visiting Baltimore from west coast and while passing by I saw a sign on gas station price board. Owner was very nice.
Food was great. I would tell you that I went there 3 times during my stay in Baltimore. Price was very reasonable and there was enough parking.
Amazing food, I would say similar to NYC 53rd street gyro Posted on July 7, 2014
