KABOBs Inn is a newly renovated restaurant offering both fine dining and carry out services. With over 70 seats and an open and wide setting (approved for 82 seats, but 3 tables have been removed just to make it more open), KABOBs Inn features a cozy, comfortable and warm dining place featuring kabobs (Chicken, Lamb, Beef and Lamb Chops) in a very private environment. Kabobs are served with fresh cooked rice and clay oven bread made in our own clay oven. All food is 100% halal. From I-95, Exit Glebe Road North, turn right on Columbia Pike, and look on your left. NR I think this place is closed and reopened w/ a new owner. It is now called sangam restaurant which is Indian. Not sure if it is halal tho. Posted on December 13, 2011 |

★★★★★ Outstanding service delicious food. I was hesitant due to a one negative review I read here. I'm glad that I went to Kabob Inn this evening. Don't let the front appearance to deceive you, they have a family area upstairs. We went to Kebab Palace yesterday. The food was great at both places. Because Kebab Inn is not seemingly as much popular (which is quite surprising to me), you get a lot more quick service and a lot more attention at Kebab Inn. I don't live in Dc area but whenever I visit Dc most likely my trip will include a trip to kebab inn. Posted on March 7, 2011 |

★☆☆☆☆ This place is horrible. Food was bad, not tasty and served cold. It took over 1 hour to serve. My wife and I both got sick the day after. My wife had serious GI pain which required hospitalization (not a lie). This restaurant, as is the case with nearly most desi owned restaurants is that they are interested in making and saving money and dont understand the concept of "earning" or "deserving" your business. This place is Whack! I will not return again. Posted on October 16, 2010 |

★★★★★ I did my daughter's aqeeqa at this place. Food was excellent. All my guests were all praises for the resturant. I would highly recommend this place. Posted on October 1, 2010 |

★★★★☆ Kabobs Inn has both a carry-out/self-service arrangement (downstairs) and a relatively formal family dining restaurant (upstairs). They offer different menus, albeit with some overlap.
We ate at the family restaurant and were impressed with the service. The owner (?) and waitress each checked in with us frequently. The food varied in quality from dish to dish, however. The lamb boti was badly over-cooked while the kabobs were pretty average. On the other hand, the chicken palak was excellent (and quite generous in portion) and the buttered naan was very good, as was the lassi.
Kabobs Inn's family restaurant was, in my opinion, pretty reasonable overall. I'd like to visit again to try several other dishes, perhaps going downstairs to save a few dollars. Posted on September 29, 2010 |

★★★★★ I ate food from Kabob inn. Food tastes great, Biryani is wonderful especially it is not very spicy that you start sweating, also addition of some nuts in the chicken biryani makes it taste very good. I live in Pittsburgh and I was visiting DC area, after taking my first order home - I & my family decided to eath from here for all 3 days and we did not bother trying anyone else. Place is very neat and clean. I hope they open a branch in pittsburgh too. Posted on April 11, 2010 |

★★★★★ Indeed it's a fine dining restaurant and the food was fine and tasty as well. First time I ordered for takeout and everybody at home liked it.. they enjoyed the food.. second time I took a friend there and he was very happy and liked the food. I will go back again there. In fact, I'm planning to go there for my lunch and thought let me write the review before I go there again. Employees are very welcoming. Posted on March 30, 2010 |
