★★★☆☆ They have decent food. But service is terrible. It took us over 45 minutes to get our burgers, I was there in a party of four and there were 6 other people in the restaurant, 2 of them came after us. It took the cashier about 10 minutes to take the order of the 4 people that were ahead of us in line. I have never seen slower orders being taken at a 'fast' food restaurant.
Finally after going through the painstaking process of ordering our food we had to wait .... and wait ... and wait .... Finally about 45 minutes later, the waitress/cashier brought our burgers to us in three separate trips spaced 5 minutes apart. Only two of the burgers were brought together. By the time the fourth person in our party of 4 was served, the first two were already finished. Two of the burgers were ordered as meals. After waiting for 10 extra minutes we reminded the server/cashier for the second time that the fries were missing. She just rolled her eyes, made a "tish" sound with her mouth and walked back to her counter. A few minutes later she brought us our frys which had no seasoning on them ... no salt nothing.
As far as the taste is considered, food tasted good. I had the Western burger that had (halal) bacon and onion rings in it along with BarBQ sauce and it was pretty good. However the whole food experience was overshadowed by their poor service. Their management definitely needs to train their employees quick otherwise they will start losing the few customers that still dare to eat here despite the unacceptable service that is provided.

★★★★★ Excellent place for burgers. I have been here three times and the food was consistently good. Posted on January 29, 2017 |

★★★★★ The best service and food of all the other ones with same name. Parking is typically right in front of the place with 2 hr green lines. Def returning. Posted on January 21, 2017 |

★★★★★ I want to thank one of the (Arab) male employees for being so helpful and patient with my food preferences due to allergies. He even re-made an item for me.
This is very rare at Muslim restaurants so I really appreciate it. (One of the young Arab employees at the former Indian Hill location was not as patient.)
Also the food is good. Posted on July 18, 2016 |

★★★★★ They have a wide variety but we found burgers to be dry but chili fries and steak sandwich was good. Plenty of space to sit and bathrooms were clean. Posted on August 16, 2015 |

★★★★★ Had the chili cheese dog and the chili cheese fries. Very good and fast service. Met one of the owners and he too was really nice. Chicago needs a place like this. Will be coming here again soon inshallah. Posted on July 20, 2015 |

★★★★★ It's all about the Western Burger!.. We've tried halal burger joints all across the coast, nothing comes close to it. Posted on May 2, 2015 |

★★★★★ Awesome food! Fresh ingredients! Delicious taste! I've been a fan of Famous for years ever since they opened in Bell (still amazing), but couldn't go as much due to the drive down to LA from Orange County.
I'm soooo glad they opened an OC branch, Alhamdullilah! Same great taste and sevice, at a closer location!
Personal recommendation : Guacamole Swiss Burger with Halal Bacon, YUM!!!! Posted on August 25, 2014 |

NR The number is for the other store, I went to this store around 9:30 today and it was close. Posted on August 21, 2014 |
They may not have moved completely yet from their Claremont location. We will check. |

★★★★★ It was great! I've been to the Claremont and Bell branch before and I liked here a lot more than the Claremont branch as far as good quality! Just note that the phone number here on Zabiha is the Bell branches number so don't do my mistake of ordering at the wrong branch! Posted on August 16, 2014 |

★★★★☆ A nice addition to Orange County. Went there last night with the family. I had a Western burger that had halal beef bacon, BBQ sauce and onion rings. It was very tasty. I ordered the combo that came with fries and cole slaw. Wife had the low carb burger that came wrapped in lettuce instead of a bun. Daughter had chicken tenders with fries. Staff was friendly. Food came fairly quick. They also have spicy chicken wings, some Mexican and Mediterranean offerings like shawerma. Parking can be an issue since there is no actual parking lot. Only a few spots on the street. I had to park in a shopping plaza across the street. Place can get busy during peak times. Its near Disneyland so I am sure they will get a lot of out of town visitors. We went at 8:30 on a Friday night and the place was packed. We were lucky to get a table. Overall I would recommend it, I will be going back. Posted on August 2, 2014 |
