★☆☆☆☆ DON'T GO HERE. Food is NOT HALAL, except for some lamb and a few chicken dishes. Moreover, Halal dishes are OVERLY PRICED. I was getting 3 chicken kabob plates for $52, which I get for $35 from Piccolo or House of Kabob in Sunnyvale. Finally, the owner is REALLY RUDE. When I placed the phone order and later found out upon arrival there that the Beef kabobs are Not Halal, I apologized that these don't meet my dietary restrictions and I can't eat here. I casually left the place, sat in my car, and drove away. No one called me back or stopped me but half an hour later, the owner called me and began teaching me a "Religious Lesson." He told me that I should be ashamed on letting the food go to waste. He told me that I don't have manners and don't know morals to deal with Humans. He made me UTTERLY DEPRESSED and HUMILIATED. But refused to take any money. His intention was to humiliate me rather than take his money. Posted on January 14, 2014 |

★★★★★ The food here is great but they have few halal options. Barg, Bareh and Shishlik are the only halal options. I can claim though that these three are the best in bay area for Persian food and comparable to good persian food in Iran. It's a little bit expensive too. I just wish they had full halal menu. Try Mast mousir as an appetizer and persian ice cream as a dessert. We often go to this place! Posted on February 28, 2012 |

★★☆☆☆ Had dinner here on my second night of my US work trip and this place was okay.
The starters were not nice. The waiter did his best mind you. I didn't like my first starter and he brought me a second one but I did not like that either!
The bargh was nice but when I saw the bill he charged me twice as I asked for a custom plate - one piece of kabab and one piece of bargh (they don't do combos), He charged me if I was having 2 dishes. I didn't want to argue, etc but I was annoyed and felt my meal was over priced.
Other problems with this place was they serve alcohol and music too. I personally would not go there again. Posted on October 26, 2011 |

★☆☆☆☆ Yes, there is a big bar inside next to the front door.
Food is good!
But everything on their menu is not Halal; at least alcohol beverages :-)
I rated them one star because information provided is misleading even on their website. Posted on February 11, 2010 |

★★★☆☆ The food is good. But can see Quran Surah on the wall and wine at the same place. In the same all the items are not halal. Before eating, you should ask whether the served item is halal. Posted on April 27, 2009 |
