NR I went to this address Nov 2014 and could not find this restaurant. It was not even listed in the building directory and there was no other halal restaurant in that building. Posted on November 16, 2014
★☆☆☆☆ I am very sorry but I would never recommend this restaurant to anybody. I went last night for a nice night on the town with my fiancé, however, we ended up buying a filet-o-fish from Maccas instead! Food was horrible, service was horrible, cutlery was horrible, plates were the size of a coffee plate, and there was a really bad smell too. We stayed because we didnt want to judge it based on the outside appearance, but we should of taken it as a hint on a Friday night only 2 others were dining in. I am very disappointed! I don't think this was a one off either, the place looks run down and I am sure a decent restaurant would of at least had proper cutlery! Waste of money... Posted on September 8, 2012
★★★★☆ good food. Nasi goreng was fantastic, felt like home.. service was fast, though not very friendly. clean premise. price is OK by Sydney standard. close to the paddy's market. Posted on May 7, 2012
★★★★★ value for money. the owner greeted us when she saw me in my hijab. we must go to silk road on every trip we make to sydney. delicious food and fast service. try the shish kebab, lamb dumplings and home made noodles. Posted on October 13, 2008
