HALAL SUMMARY
This restaurant has been reported to be halal by our readers but is still unverified. May 2011 zabihah.com user states halal menu.
★★★☆☆ i had the deluxe pizza here. It's pretty good. Pricey for the amount of pizza I got. Place was kind of hard to find. Parking is limited. I would be willing to come here again if I pass through. Posted on June 11, 2011
★★★☆☆ According to the brother behind the counter, everything is halal except the steak.
I was not impressed by the food, but I did not order Pizza.
I ordered Chicken Shawarma plate with no rice. They charged me $1 for not serving rice, which is odd. It's like McDonald's charge you for not ordering fries!!
The salad had a bad odor to it, I could not finish it.
The Falafel were as hard as a walnut shell. But once cracked, it was not totally cooked inside.
Chicken Shawarma was too bland, it left a bad taste.
The only reason I would go back is to try their Pizza. Posted on June 1, 2011
★★★★★ One of the best pizza places in St Louis for sure. Every time a group of Muslim brothers in North City and North County get together to watch a boxing match or other event we get the extra large pizza here. The shawarma is the best in St Louis and I have never had a bad meal. Location is near the airport and close to both 70 and 1-70 and is in a safe area so you West County folks don't have to be scared. Restroom is clean and the staff is very friendly as well. It has become like a neighborhood gathering place in this blue-collar old school area. The owner will come and talk to you sometimes and he is a nice and good Muslim brother. The pizza toppings and chicken dishes are halal but have been informed some of the beef dishes are not. Posted on May 23, 2011
