★★★★☆ Food has generally been very good, however service is slow. We still go there because they make everything fresh (which is why it takes so much time). If we are in a hurry, we order the food ahead of time and they have it out within 5-10 minutes after we get there.
Two days ago we ordered Behari kabab, but did not feel they were up to par. The gentleman at the counter was very apologetic and had a new serving arranged for us.
I have also on occasion asked the server for opinion on food depending on specific circumstances (when ordering take out) and have found her advice to be very helpful. Posted on April 2, 2015 |

★☆☆☆☆ Awful experience. They sent me a samosa absolutely swimming and drenched in oil. Then chicken kabobs that didn't even taste remotely like chicken. I stopped eating unsure of what I was eating (it actually tasted more like tuna or something). Wouldn't go back here under any circumstances. By far the worst food I've had at any DFW halal restaurant Posted on April 23, 2019 |

★★★★☆ Excellent kabobs and lots of choices. A little on the pricey side but the quantity and quality was very good. Posted on March 3, 2019 |

★☆☆☆☆ I saw the owner and a customer arguing about buffet charge for kids not eating at buffet on a Facebook page. It showed how insane was the owner. But I gave them second chance and regretted every second since then. Posted on November 21, 2015 |

★★☆☆☆ I have to really question myself before going back to this place again. Do I care for a full pocket or an empty stomach? Do I care about eating burnt Halim and overcooked biryani? If I don't care then yes I would definitely go back for an expensive buffet of 15 bucks per person with dishes I can count on little over one hand with service that is barely visible for miles.
If not then I certainly hope they find a way to improve things and get back to doing halal food the way it is supposed to inshallah. Posted on September 2, 2015 |

★☆☆☆☆ We went to this place on a Saturday night and it was somewhat busy. They are under staffed and the wait for the food was 30-45 min. We found this after getting seated by ourselves and no one actually coming to our table to ask us anything or offer a drink. I went to the front counter after 15 min of waiting and the lady told me 30 min wait. The place is disorganized and not clean. A very bad example of halal place should be. If you're opening a halal restaurant please be clean organized and presentable. Remove Bollywood pictures and have a decent environment to attract more than just your countrymen. Would never go back. ★★★☆☆ While their chargha is best in town ( not traditional Lahore chargha) their service needs a lot of work! Every time we go there it takes forever for our food order to be taken and takes even more time for food to arrive. Their chicken tacos as pretty good though. Need to fix their response time!! ★☆☆☆☆ Sick of their food and their service Posted on February 28, 2015 |

★☆☆☆☆ Food and staff were extremely rude. Cold food and extremely unfriendly staff plus their prices are even higher than bbq tonite. I would starve but but go here. I heard they are also moving to irving. Good riddance Posted on February 18, 2015 |

★☆☆☆☆ Went to eat dinner here with the family and had the worst experience. Waitress took our order and then informed us it will be a 30 minute wait. 55 minutes later we asked politely on status of our meal and were very rudely informed there is still a wait. When I pointed out that at least one family who came 15 mins after us already got served the staff showed an attitude and said no you are wrong. I had to leave restaurant without eating primarily due to the rudeness of the staff. This was by far my worst restaurant experience. Do not waste your time here, better to go some place
where they know the meaning of customer service. Posted on February 14, 2015 |

★★★★☆ Went here today for lunch on a recommendation from a friend. I really liked the atmosphere. It has that 60s diner feel which makes it unique from a typical desi restaurant. We tried out a couple of dishes. The grilled mixed platter was pretty good; my bihari kabob was a bit overcooked but other than that pretty solid. It's more Posted on October 26, 2014 |

★★★☆☆ Have been here couple of time before. But today's experience was horrible. We ordered the food and waited for 1/2 hour. We saw a charga( tht was our order) sitting on the kitchen counter for about 15 mins. The waiter did not want to deliver it to table till everything was ready. Probably she had a plan of cutting the walk to and fro from kitchen counter to table. The charga which I kept looking at and felt don't know which poor group is going to get the cold charga arrived at our table finally. We complained about it and the waiter sent another lady to talk to us. She blackmailed us telling either she can microwave it or we have to wait to another 1/2 hr. Pathetic. Last time we saw owner/manager in the restaurant and it was too good. Hope he reads my comment and make sure he is present atleast during busy weekend hours Posted on May 9, 2014 |

★★★★★ I had the mushroom and Swiss cheese burger, loved it. You will find foreign people visiting this place often, which is a good indication the food is great. I will try out the desi stuff next time. Thanks eat st. Posted on April 26, 2014 |

★★★★☆ Bihari Kebab, Chargha and Eats Chicken Tikka were good. Wait staff of 1 is attentive and friendly and so are the servers. The mixed grill platter which is supposed to serve 5 people comes with 1 Naan which is odd. I've had the Mushroom Swiss and Hot Mess Burgers on previous occasions and they were OK - given the lack of a proper halal burger joint nearby I guess it will have to suffice when the urge for a burger occurs. The ambiance is good but same prudent attention is also needed for the rest rooms please. Posted on September 14, 2013 |

★★★★☆ At first i wasn't sure if this place is halal. I checked on zabihah.com and a lot of people were saying it is halal. So i went inside and it was like stepping in a bollywood environment. The doors had the hindu stuff hanging in it and the walls were covered with bollywood posters and the music was too loud. We asked the waitress if the menu had zabiha meat and she said they were Sunni muslims and everything is zabiha. So we had their lunch buffet and everything was amazing. It consisted of desi dishes but their menu also serves burgers. I had chicken biryani, nihari, and vegetables. The naan was also really tasty as well as the puris. Food was excellent. Definitely a must try. Posted on September 11, 2013 |

★★★☆☆ Decent food wtih reasonably good service. Bihari kabab was ok, as was the hamburgers, and mixed grill plate. Kids did not really enjoy it. Overall I give this a C-
Generally the place is clean and have a classic diner feel.
If you are looking for hamburger joint, there are better places to eat in DFW metroplex. Down the street, Al Markaz has better desi grill items. Posted on July 12, 2013 |

★★★★★ Great service. Best kept secret is the double burger for $6.49. Can't get that much meat on a burger anywhere. The Bihari kabab roll is one of a kind. Get it in a naan. Menu is too big to scale the business though and they should cut back on their menu items to speed up processing time. Plus an authentic cheesesteak to their menu would be huge. Fishstickeater knows best!! Posted on May 4, 2013 |

★★★★☆ Tried this place for the first time and had an awesome experience. Place is clean and remiss you of being at a diner. Service was pretty good, the server just started working there but was very friendly. Food variety was good. Ordered a desi chicken salaan which was tasty but overloaded with oil. Also got a chicken boti roll which was extremely small. Other than those two small things, loved the place and atmosphere. Will def be coming back. Posted on April 18, 2013 |

★★★★☆ The bihari kabab is really good here. I tried all the meat platters and most of the meats are good. The burger is ok but has a wierd taste to the meat. I will try to go for the buffet on the weekend. Posted on April 14, 2013 |

★★☆☆☆ driving four and half hours from houston, we were very hungry, instead of our favorite al markaz, we decided to give eat st a try, will not be going back for sure, the servers are clueless and was kinda rude, food was hit and a miss, my wife ordered chargha it was good, i order biryani and bihari and both were not good, i hope they stay in business longer and learn from these reviews and make appropriate changes, because they have a different thing going and it will take a lot of work on their end, and it is kind of pricey FYI Posted on April 7, 2013 |

★★★★☆ LOL! The comment about the n00b is pretty accurate. Wrote down the biryani order and still didn't get it to the chef somehow. Been there twice, second time service was much better. Over all, we like their desi food. Nihari, biryani and bihari were great. Good atmosphere, it’s something different and clean. Above average food presentation for a desi place. Decent wings, good chicken fingers and fries. Definitely a good place to go. Posted on February 13, 2013 |

★☆☆☆☆ I am an avid food enthusiast living in DFW since 2000. I enjoy dining out with family and friends, trying new places and cuisine, and rating/discovering where to find best of a particular Zabihah & Halal dish/item within town.
Feedback for Kabab factory:
Setting: B. Compares to other desi cafes around town. Nothing that stands out.
Service: B- Lady who took my To-Go order over the phone was in extreme hurry, did not pay attention to what was being asked, and made ham burgers without proper requested ambient.
Quality: F- Fail Hamburgers were not good at all. Wife rejected it after taking few bites. 8 year old son ate it as was very hungry but in few hours threw up. It was not good at all.
Taste: D Hamburger meat tasted stale and old, not fresh at all.
Price: C . On pricey side for sure. Their Hamburger is $6.50 as compared to Hot & Crunchy $4. They are trying to price match Agha Juice in terms of hamburger price, not worth it. At Afrah we get the same burger for around same price, but quality and taste of Afrah charbroiled burger is Cadillac as compared to this.
Overall: This is my second take out order from this place. First time, I tried bunch of other items including Hamburger, Bihari kabab, wings, kaba roll, etc. That was about 3 months back, place was relatively new. Food taste was good, quality was decent, but price was definitely not friendly as compared to other joints in town. It seems in three months, quality has fallen down, typical of 90% desi joints who are unable to generate good rapport, revenue, and customer stream over time due to miss on either quality/taste, service, or price.
I will not be visiting this place again. I give it until March before it will shut down. Posted on November 21, 2012 |

★★★★☆ I work about a minute from this restaurant and went in for lunch with co-workers about 3 weeks ago. We've been back four times now, and it doesn't look like we're going to stop anytime soon. The friendly and efficient staff, the LARGE and healthy menu, and the upbeat atmosphere keep pulling us back. The food is excellent here. You can tell that its fresh, unlike a lot of other places where it feels like you're eating something cooked hours before. In Eat Street, everything we've gotten so far was made right in front of us. That's one great thing about this place, you can look into the kitchen, and know exactly what's going on.
They have a range of Indian dishes, grilled items, vegetarian burgers, tacos, and milkshakes. And more impressively, everything can be made just the way you want it.
I have gone back with friends for diner and they were all WOWed. I'm so glad this place opened.

★★★★★ I have been to this trendy diner three times already. From entering the place, you know you are not in your typical South-Asian eatery. The decor, for starters, is American '60s and '70s diner meets Bollywood. Lots of bright colors and a lively atmosphere overall. Then comes the food...
WOW! I am an avid foodie and an accomplished cook myself. I typically eat at Indian/South Asian restaurants only when I need to or lack the time to cook myself. But whoever is leading the kitchen here is doing an amazing job. I myself like spicy foods and ordered the nehari, beef bihari kebab, and lamb biryani (on different visits). The quality has consistently been the best I have frankly had in the DFW area. For its price, I'd wager that this establishment could compete with famous deshi restaurants I frequented in New York, Chicago, and D.C.
p.s. My friends do not like too much spices in their dishes, and were very satisfied with their burgers and grilled items. Eat Street has a huge selection of items; it'd be pretty hard to disappoint anyone.
Though they just opened, they are already doing brisk business. I'm just glad I live so close by and can always slip in to order something... :) Posted on August 22, 2012 |

★★★★★ I am typically very choosy when it comes to eating out. I steer away from oily or excessively spiced foods- I am getting on in my years and try to eat healthier. When I entered this colorful and friendly establishment, I was greeted by the manager, and everything went just great from there on out. I told him the type of items I was looking for, and he ran by a list of healthy and less spicy dishes. I was very impressed, they have everything from shrimp cocktails to Indian styled feta-cheese tacos to Portabella mushroom burgers. My wife likes spicy foods and was thrilled with her orders, I think she had the chicken tikka and the dal fry. I actually got the Mahi-mahi fish kebob and was very pleased. I even tried my wife's kebob and found it good. I am quite sure we are both going to revisit soon.
My word of advice, speak to one of the manager's to make sure you know what you're getting. From what I heard other customers say, it looks like everyone there was a repeat customer and was very satisfied. That's an encouraging sign. Posted on August 22, 2012 |

★★★★★ I was skeptical about this place since there were no reviews yet, but my wife convinced me to try it out and i have to say am i glad! havent had such good bbq/grilled food outside of pakistan. we ordered the mixed grill plate and the tikka. the bihari boti and chicken tikka are amazing. very well done, and not excessively spicy. just perfect. definitely going again.
